I was waiting 3 week for a response regarding my bill and than finally I got another bill from a laboratory which again want to charge extra. They charged be for things I don't ask for and stuff they never did. So just be careful with the payment.

Obwohl wir keinen der Screenings selbst wollten mussten wir 2 von 3 selber bezahlen, obwohl Fr. Dr. Eipper diese selbstständig und ohne vorherige Aufklärung von anfallenden Kosten durchgeführt hat. Wir wurden mit sehr aussagekräftigen Überweisungsschein in die Klinik geschickt. Dr. Müller hat sich etwas mehr Zeit beim 3. Screening genommen und war bei diesem Informativer, als Fr. Dr. Eipper in allen Unters. davor, jedoch haben wir deutlich zu spüren bekommen, dass wir mit unserer anst. Fehlgeburt ganz schnell gehen sollen. Obwohl ich beim Termin keinerlei Beschwerden hatte, wurde ich als Notfall zur Ausschabung geschickt. Erst nach mehrm. Nachfragen habe ich meine Blutergebnisse (von denen noch immer Werte fehlen) und nur eines der Ultraschallbilder bekommen (das erste) und auch das erst 2 Tage später.

Unfortunately, I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled time to see anyone, and it wasn't even a doctor as I'd wanted. Overall, I didn't get any bad vibes from the place, but it didn't necessarily feel particularly welcoming either. The office is somewhat sterile in its appearance and atmosphere (not exactly what you want in a gynecologist) so I have since found another place. To each their own.

Especially good for me as he speaks English and my German is not so good…read more His reception staff also speak English and they are also the ones that take your blood and urine samples. Kengis and the nurses/receptionists are so lovely, friendly and caring. They are there to give you as much support and advise as possible and they made me feel very comfortable. I needed an appointment right away as I just found out I was pregnant and couldn't get into my regular gynaecologist fast enough so I went to Tengis. I was so happy with the first appointment that I am now seeing him throughout the rest of my pregnancy!! :)

It was beyond belief how horrible my experience was. After…read morediscovering I was pregnant, I decided I did not want to keep it. It was a hard time and I needed a doctor I could trust. Unfortunately Dr. Kasch did almost everything wrong and made this time much more difficult for me. Without informing me he started a medical procedure. I had no idea which what he was doing, and when I found out I asked him to stop everything immediately because he was rushing me blindly into a decision I could not stand behind. He waited a long time before he finally stopped the procedure and with this delay he put my health at risk which made me very ill later that day. He did this all without warning me about anything. He refused to take me seriously and made me feel ridiculous for wanting to know about my options. He also completely misinformed me while trying to force his decision on me. I was forced to go to another gynaecologist who could actually talk, listen, and respect my wishes before doing anything. Tengis Kasch showed NO respect, professionalism or humanity in what was already a very difficult and sensitive time. I wish this experience to no one, ever. Please stay away from this man who is terrible as a doctor, but even worse as a human being.
