The sales people are always very helpful and friendly, not stupid and condescending as in so many other shops. The products are always beyond expectation in quality and craftsmanship, supplied from many different companies. They delivered my mattress free of charge in Lompoc, and removed the old mattress. I offered to show them a copy of the cancelled check. That made no difference.

They will not work with me to try to resolve the issue. Currently I cannot even sleep on this mattress due to lower back pain the sagging is way more than an inch that they measured. I have taken pictures and I am extremely extremely dissatisfied with this warranty. They did say that they could give me a little bit off of my next purchase but honestly there's no way I am going back to this place. So in this Yelp review I am saying buyer beware.
