I've been seeing Dr. Christensen and his team for over two decades. They feel like family! I'm always greeted by all of the friendly employees--not just the front desk staff. They are SO on the ball with appointment reminders and scheduling, and I appreciate how seamlessly they handle my insurance and whatnot. The office is super clean and honestly kind of has a spa-vibe to it. I always feel weirdly relaxed when I'm in there haha. Plus the staff, hygienists and assistants are beyond friendly and make you feel like you're at home. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Christensen. I've heard horror stories of dentists recommending unnecessary treatments only to collect more money from patients. I can tell that Doc is honest and straightforward. After all of my checkups he explains how my teeth are looking and I usually leave feeling like I'm an expert brusher and flosser because of the way he praises the standard things I do. He's a pro at what he does--I had a chipped tooth after a visit to Mexico last year; I mentioned it to him and he fit me into his schedule incredibly fast. Then he fixed it better than new... I literally could not and still cannot believe it! I told him he's a wizard. The entire corner was gone but it's as if that never happened. So impressive! I've also needed a couple of root canals over the years and I'm equally impressed by his ability to make shots and the rest of the procedure painless. He is so good at what he does! Very knowledgeable, too! Point is, Dr. Christensen is honest and reliable. His top priority is that his patients receive *excellent* care and that they leave satisfied. I know that he would bend over backwards to make his patients happy because he's done that for me on several occasions! I was in Mexico and I let a "dentist" fixed my teeth. It was cheap and fast. Big mistake!!! 2 months later I was in so much pain, some fillings fell off, some where really bumpy, it was just so bad that I decided to find a better dentist to help me fix what they did in Mexico. I found Dr. Christensen, and my life changed. He is incredibly talented, patient, honest and super nice. It has been 7 years since I started to go to Dr Christensen and that won't change any time soon. Every time I go to get my teeth clean or have a tooth ache everyone at the office is super nice, they take care of me right away and help me feel better and most important they take care of all the paperwork with my insurance. They explain every single step they are doing and show me what they are putting in my mouth which I find super cool. After each appointment they always follow up and call me to see how I am feeling. I was referred to Dr Christensen by another dentist after I had a disappointing experience with my dentures. I went in for a re-line but it ended up with many months of trying to get the dentures to fit and be usable. That all changed when I went in to Dr Christensen! He has been amazing in his care and expertise. I finally am getting the dentures I needed and getting my smile back!!!! Dr Christensen is very concerned that you get the care that you want and need. He is excellent at what he does and is very kind. I would recommend this office to anyone! He tells you what the best options are for you and your mouth--he's very straight forward but lets you choose how you want to proceed and then works within those parameters to do his very best for you. Oh man, I have a lot of positive things to say here! I ran into a bit of a dental emergency recently and Dr. Christensen and his team came to the rescue. I ended up needing two emergency retreats on a couple of teeth I ruined in 5th grade and they had a referral that did great work on the retreats. Then Dr. Christensen and team stepped in for their part and made 4 crowns for me that not only were beautiful but that also boosted my confidence. I'm grateful for their work every day. From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the greeting when I arrived, then the kindest very knowledgeable hygienist I seen first for a cleaning & checkup to the one and only Dr. W!
