She was thorough and gentle during my cleaning. If only I could remember her name. I saw all the dentist at some point for my follow up care including cavities and a old root canal crown. I got many recommendations for this dental office and figured I'd give them a try. I asked to be scheduled with Dr. Gordon since a family member said he was the best. To my surprise at my appointment I received a different dentist, I don't remember which one it was but he did just fine. I also got another different dentist for my filling the last time I went who was also good. They did my filling in about 30 minutes and offer laughing gas for $15. Their numbing agent worked quickly and wore off within two hours or so which I really liked since I hate half of my face being numb all day long. You are required to wear a mask going into their office then once you are in your chair you can remove it. All the staff is very friendly.

Our family has been seeing Dr Chandler for the last couple of years and couldn't be happier. It's a small, unpretentious office with friendly staff. They happily book my whole family of 7 for a single appointment, which I love. Dr Chandler's a cool guy who never makes you feel like an idiot for having a couple of cavities, and his staff is great with my kids. They love going to the dentist now, which is funny, but awesome!

He replaced 9 cavities and did not grind them enough so food non stop gets stuck, recently one of the fillings has fallen out so our current dentist recommended we reach out the Dr Chandler for help so I did to see if they would fix it and guarantee his work... The receptionist said she would talk to him however dentist/insurance recommends fillings be replaced every 18 months - 2 years (ridiculous, nobody does that) fillings should last 12+ years if done right... Dr Chandler did call me but said we would still have to pay and he wouldn't guarantee it.. So all in all we now have to pay our current dentist to fix his work that was not done properly!

(my emotions are my own, but short term memory loss is something they definitely should've stated clearly. maybe they did and i forgot! haha. but no seriously they should've made us more aware of these serious side effects before i took the drug.) anyway at the end the assistant made me take some tylenol or something and she watched as i spilled the water all down my front because obviously i was too numb to be drinking anything. she even gave me a mirror like that would help but it just made it all the more embarrassing, and funny, though i was a bit annoyed at her incompetence. she had this look like a scared deer the whole time, and it's kind of part of her job to calm the patient so, just something to be aware of. yeah overall hated this place, bad vibes, bad communication. i'm sure they could be fine for other people especially if they're your regular but my experiences were not great. lightly traumatizing even, though i'm over it. i just don't want this happening to other people. step it up please! much love to you though!

The $2400 implant tooth that Dr. Ellis had subcontracted out ended up getting a hole in it after 9 months. So Dr. Ellis charged my clueless son over $750 more to have a replacement tooth made (because my son didn't get the insurance...too bad!!) WHAT?! I called immediately and disputed that the tooth should last AT LEAST a year. Dr. Ellis backtracked and agreed to reimburse my son's account $750 and that the subcontracted tooth was "most likely" flawed. Oh, thanks for admitting this..then why did I have to call..were you hoping to not have to eat the cost of poor quality subcontractors?! Then, my son asked for an estimate for a cash teeth cleaning. They quoted "about $200". Today, after my son's teeth cleaning they charge him $311! He disputed the charge and they said, "Oh, we had to take extra x-rays." WHAT?! He then disputed that he didn't request extra X-rays ...and they lowered the cost to $238. Gee, thanks. The staff IS friendly and it's all very high tech...just get your cash estimate in writing.
