This church is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod - a large body of Christians that currently number about 500,000 in the United States and also includes many more around the world. For more information: wels.net This church body would be defined by The Economist as 'Evangelical Christian'. All services are open to the public. From their website: Christ Lutheran Church is a Bible believing, Christ centered church which shares the news of Jesus with others. Since 1890, this family of believers has committed itself to sharing Christ in the community and to serve Christians with the pure Word of God. Since 1957, the church has also dedicated itself to offering Lutheran Elementary Education through Christ Lutheran School. We are affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. Our church is named after the Savior Jesus Christ in whom we believe and whom we confess. You can learn more about the Savior at http://www.whataboutjesus.com "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast." We have raised our children in this church and school. They put God first and are very kind to members and strangers alike. I would highly recommend this church to anyone who is seeking Christ or those who are already a believer seeking a church. read more

I know the reviewer of 9-29-2019 and both myself and my wife were happy to see the individual, spoke to her at several Bible Classes, encouraged her, and support her. I believe with my whole heart, mind, and soul that this church teaches God's inspired word in it's truth and purity. It is not perfect, but it is very kind to people in showing what the whole Bible says. I've learned a ton from past and current pastors. read more

The small class sizes allow teachers to really meet each student where they are at. This means that kids can be challenged and grow at a pace that they are ready for. We wanted to take them out in a boat, but weren't 100% comfortable with our skill level in driving, keeping them safe, and having fun ourselves. In comes Billy and North Pines! Billy and his team were friendly, professional, engaging, welcoming and fun! We were shocked to see our little guys, who had never water skied before, zipping around the lake. We felt total confidence in Billy instructing them, in the equipment he had, and that they were very safe! After two round of skiing, the boys were able to go on the best tube ride of their life!!!! It was amazing. We give North Pines TWO THUMBS UP! and we can't wait to return.
