Here is the haven, the place where all New Orleans EMS units live. Here is the place where the very well trained and capable EMS employees check in and out for work. This is where the magic happens. Here is the place where these selfless, hardworking, compassionate, SEVERLY UNDERPAID folks get their marching orders to keep alive/extend the life of the injured/hurt people of the City of New Orleans if they've been involved in trauma or have a medical emergency. The building is nicely designed with classrooms, office space & other assembly areas & a nice spacious kitchen area. Outside in the parking lot, you will find the ambulance units parked & ready for service. Each equipped with devices & medicines used for life saving measures. I see that each unit is inspected & restocked prior to each shift; this is way cool as you're able to ensure that your unit is ready for service. Great place, Great folks, Kudos for all that you folks do to keep the City & Her Citizens ALIVE. ARRIVE ALIVE; this is the mantra!!! Side note: Next door to the EMS area is the Coroner's office & during my visit this area was locked like Fort Knox; I'll have to visit another day for a tour of this facility.

I was made to feel like a true friend from the beginning and to be treated with compassion and acceptance after talking about why I was riding I was excited to see them the next ride. On top of being kind the ride was always on time and was always confident in each driver that I was safe and didn't need to pay attention more than the driver to warn them before the wreck [had to do this for multiple other companies]. As well as them always making me know I'm safe they also drove just the right speed; not too slow or too fast, just right to get you there on time every time. I truly can't say enough good things about Trina and her family who worked with her at the time. This is who you should fight to ride with if you are tired of other companies and the nonsense they put riders through. You wont need to worry about missing your appointment and will be smiling when you go home from the conversations that are never about inappropriate topics strangers dont want to hear about. 100 stars imo

I sped up to almost 90mph solely to try to catch the van number, but the van just kept getting farther and farther away from me. For a medical transportation company to have such dangerous drivers, you should be ashamed of yourself. Please talk to the driver, whomever it is, and let them know traffic laws are there for a reason.

They called and said they were at the airport when we landed and that we needed to tell them what door we were at when we got out of the airport. I did as instructed and they never came. They have not returned my calls nor emails. Do not trust this company if you use a wheelchair and require wheelchair transportation. They will leave you stranded.
