This company deserves 10 stars for the service they provide. I rode with Trina and her family for…read moreabout a year multiple times a week. I was made to feel like a true friend from the beginning and to be treated with compassion and acceptance after talking about why I was riding I was excited to see them the next ride. On top of being kind the ride was always on time and was always confident in each driver that I was safe and didn't need to pay attention more than the driver to warn them before the wreck [had to do this for multiple other companies]. As well as them always making me know I'm safe they also drove just the right speed; not too slow or too fast, just right to get you there on time every time. I truly can't say enough good things about Trina and her family who worked with her at the time. This is who you should fight to ride with if you are tired of other companies and the nonsense they put riders through. You wont need to worry about missing your appointment and will be smiling when you go home from the conversations that are never about inappropriate topics strangers dont want to hear about. 100 stars imo

This was the most terrifying ride I have ever taken! Modivcare sent them to both take me to my…read morephysical therapy appointment and bring me home. Never again. The car is an armored vehicle. The back seat is encased in bars - steel, thick bars - and the thick metal partition between the customer and the driver is so wide that I had to bend my knees to sit. But that is not the worst. You, the passenger, are LOCKED INTO the backseat! The handles and the locks have been torn out of the backseat! In order to get out - the driver has to turn off the car, get out, come back to the passenger side door and open it. And she takes her time doing that! I was absolutely terrified! New Orleans traffic and streets are horrible! What if we got in an accident? How would the passenger get out!!?? The drivers were rude and mean - screaming at me! The return driver went the wrong way because she said: "I don't live here, YOU DO! I don't know where your street is!" But you are the driver, I said! The cars look like armored cars and they smell like toilets - clean toilets but toilets nonetheless. I will never ride with these rides-for-prisoners' services again! Traumatized!
