Once again the staff here kills it!…read more Amber was my go to for haircuts, but she recently went to another barber shop. This time around I had Jake cut my hair and the dude is just super talented. He listens to what you're looking for and not only nails it, but gets it done fast! He got the fade perfect, cleaned up the top, and finished with a straight razor shave on my neck all within about 35-minutes. Honestly, the whole staff here is does a great job cutting hair and making you feel welcome. They do offer walk-ins, but I highly suggest making an appointment as this place is always packed.

Unfortunately despite the "premium" label, this turned out to be the worst professional haircut I've ever received. My request was for a simple undercut using a #1 guard and to leave around 4-5" on top. You can see the results for yourself. Fortunately my wife is a dog groomer and was able to fix it somewhat in our hotel room using an electric beard trimmer. I also left covered in hair. Usually a barber would at least brush any loose hair off a customer before finishing. I will say that the barber was very nice and friendly but wow, the results were just embarrassing.

The website said to be there at 2:25. I got the standard text as well telling me it's almost time. I got there 10 minutes early and checked in. The screen counted down from 10 mins to you're next. The stylist takes someone else and I look up and it's now saying my wait time is 20 mins. I told the stylist I was supposed to be next and she apologized and said technically she had to take this customer because he chose first available. I already waited the extra time and showed up when I was told and watched the screen say you're next only to be bumped back 20 minutes. I'll never go back and I've been going there for years.

Discovered Public Square Barbers in Gallatin about 8-10 months ago. I wish I was going here sooner. Atmosphere is excellent. There is beer and other drinks available if interested. If you have to wait a few min from being a walk-in, no big deal to chill and chat for a few. All the people are easy to talk to. First time I had an appointment, randomly chose K.C. As I sit in the chair, some how we start talking about something not politically correct and I hesitate to say anything else because people get their feelings hurt so easily these days. K.C. says we can talk how we want and people need to accept it. I knew this was the right place after that. Crazy you can get a good quality haircut and have a good time simultaneously. K.C. at the Gallatin location is top tier and it's a real shame he won't relocate to TX when I move. I almost want to deduct a star for that.

The show, a semi-spin-off from an episode of The Danny Thomas Show, stars Andy Griffith, who portrays the widowed sheriff of the fictional small community of Mayberry, North Carolina. His life is complicated by an inept, but well-meaning deputy, Barney Fife (Don Knotts), a spinster aunt and housekeeper, Aunt Bee (Frances Bavier), and a precocious young son, Opie (Ron Howard). Local ne'er-do-wells, bumbling pals, and temperamental girlfriends further complicate his life. Regarding the time-period of the show, Griffith said in a Today Show interview: "Well, though we never said it, and though it was shot in the 1960s, it had a feeling of the 1930s. It was, when we were doing it, of a time gone by." The Black and white reruns currently air on TV Land and Me-TV, while the complete series is available on DVD often playing at what should be your favorite barber shop.
