A project plan was developed months in advance and for the most part all deadlines were achieved. Luis (contractor) and Priscilia (coordinator) prepared the house for sale on time and on budget. The staging firm did a great job in presenting our home. When necessary Wilson was alway available to answer our questions. The Open Houses took place as we planned months in advance and we were given an update at the end of each weekend. When offers came in Wilson and Cathy (Experttcs) helped us navigate through the negotiation process until we accepted a bid that met our target. We were then introduced to Michele (Director of Ops) and Aldolfo (escrow officer of WFG Title Co.) to guide us through the closing process. Their assistance made the paperwork burden as painless as possible. We were happy with the entire process and impressed with how the Own Team worked together to get the job done. We deducted a 1/2 star because the lateral sewer work mandated by the city was delayed for weeks because the plumber that OWN uses was not available. This caused a delay in closing. They were as good as their word: they had the home inspected and worked up a list of necessary repairs, arranged contractor bids, provided me with multiple bids to choose from for the jobs (full replacement of the leaky roof, dry-rotted door replacement, plumbing, termite tenting, painting, hardwood floor refinishing, etc.), and got the whole project done in a few short months. Joe and his staff were always available to answer questions and kept me posted on all aspects of the project, since I live 85 miles away. Once the repairs and staging were done (photos attached), they let me hold a little memorial gathering for my cousin in the house, even catering it for us from one of my cousin's favorite restaurants.
