Chris Diamond rushes you, doesn't fully listen to your concerns or questions, and is actually quite rude. He makes little snarky remarks and talks down to you, which is definitely unprofessional. If you have sinus problems, he will tell you two things to do about it. 1. nasal rinse/nasal spray, 2. surgery and 3. do nothing. He doesn't tell you much information at all. He is very stubborn and won't suggest anything else other than rinsing your nose and preforming surgery to make more room. It's really sad how he is one of the few ENT specialists in the province. Which makes sense since surgeons in BC make the least amount of money out of any province, which makes all the good specialists leave somewhere they can get a bigger pay check because they can. I tried the nasal rinse for months and can say that my condition worsened and he had no answer to this. There isn't much scientific backing with the nasal rinse, which is why he doesn't officially prescribe it and just hands you a bottle for free. I can't say how well he can preform surgery but him as a person and how he handles himself is a joke. Unless he's the only choice for you avoid him. It's not worth your time plain and simple. read more
