He'll advise you when to see him again with no pressure, it's up to you when you can come in & if your getting better & don't need to go for awhile he'll be honest & let you know. His whole staff has been great every time I've gone, their quick & friendly. They accept many insurances too. I've actually bumped into a few friends here & they all love coming here. I showed up on time to find the office completely shut down with the door locked, lights off, no sign, no notice, nothing. While I was standing there, another patient arrived... also scheduled for 3:00 PM. So, this wasn't an isolated miss; he simply left multiple patients hanging. We both called. No answer. I left a voicemail. Then came the most telling part: zero follow-up. Not later that day. Not the next day. Not even by Tuesday afternoon. After two full business days of silence, I had to call him. He answered and said there was an "emergency" on Friday that prevented him from contacting patients. Fair enough, life happens. But when I asked why he didn't follow up at any point over the next two business days, the answer was... the same "emergency." An emergency may explain Friday. It does not explain failing to make a single 30-second courtesy call over the next two business days to the patients you stood up. This was a complete lack of basic professional courtesy. He eventually apologized, and then, unbelievably, asked if I wanted to reschedule. After being stood up, ignored, and given a recycled excuse, that was an easy no. If this is how new patients are treated, it doesn't inspire confidence in how ongoing care would be handled.
