It included 2 orders of rolls, 5 sides, 2 kinds of meat, and 2 desserts. I was assigned a pick up time of 7pm-8pm, they got my order together and shuffled us out the door. When I got home and was unloading my car, I realized they had forgotten one of the rolls. I called them at 7:23pm and asked if I could come back and get them, and they said "well we are only here for 15 minutes so you need to hurry"..... (when we got there, they had tables full of food waiting to get picked up still so not sure why the rude comment about hurrying was necessary. I understand wanting to go home but YOU chose to do a 7-8pm pickup time and YOU forgot part of my order) I didn't receive any printed instructions on reheating/baking but realized later on that other customers had printed instructions so not sure why we didn't get any for our order. I spent $350 and was very disappointed in the meal. The rolls were hard, the sides lacked flavor, the dessert was just okay. Maybe I had my expectations too high after seeing all of the pictures they had posted of the food. What REALLY gets me is the lack of customer service.. the response from the owner on reviews and via email. That alone made me never want to support this business again, and then add in the wasted $350 meal and now I really won't be back. This used to be my favorite place to take my kiddos for Saturday morning donuts but after seeing the owners responses to customers and how I was spoken to on the phone about the forgotten rolls- I'll find a different local business to support.

I wasn't mad about the turkey, I understood it was partly my fault, but the rude follow up was unnecessary. So far we've tried their Broccoli cheese soup, two different types of grilled cheeses and the macaroni and cheese. The soup and the macaroni and cheese I would both pass on. Maybe it was just a type of soup I got, which was broccoli cheese. It was very generic and did not have any actual chunks of real broccoli in it. The mac & cheese was made in a way that was a little strange and just was nothing special. The hand cooked grilled cheeses on the other hand, one which we had on a white Italian loaf and the other on a round sourdough loaf were both amazing. You can make them with a variety of cheeses and we picked provolone and cheddar on both types of bread. I tried both sandwiches and they were both super delicious and paired well with soup. They also recently added a bunch of very reasonably priced freeze dried candies available for purchase as well as other snacks and goodies that are prepackaged and ready to be sold. The fresh menu is a small one, extremely reasonably priced. But everything is made with heart. I hope they do well. This is the kind of place that every town needs. Recommended.
