Docs are great. Groups are good. Parking is plentiful & access to the office is good…read more Front office used to be great but something has changed. According to docs, it's a rotating staff so the same people aren't there all the time. Some are excellent. Some are not. Appointments are canceled (by front office, not therapists) without notification. If you are scheduled for group and an individual appointment, be careful that the correct appointment is moved or canceled and double-check that your appointments exist. Many staff don't differentiate between individual & group appts. If you use the sign-in sheet during busy times, be aware that you may not get checked in (and will be blamed for following the sign-in protocol, which is ridiculous and unprofessional). When the front office doesn't facilitate the connection between patient and therapist, it makes it extremely difficult to keep consistency with patient care. This is a facility that sees patients from a wide geographic area. I've seen patients melt down in the waiting room for driving to an appointment that doesn't exist. It has always happened to some degree but in the last few months, we've had a problem at least every month. We may need to consider pulling our children from therapy not over their care but due to the fact that they simply cannot connect to their doctors.

This is honestly the best physician office for mental health I've ever experienced!!! I would recommend her time & time again. Saved my life - literally. Don't go by the posts above mine- heck, don't even take my word for it - if you need mental health counseling/assistance- go and schedule an appointment and meet her- you will find out for yourself :) ... Shes definitely nothing like the prior posters have stated. Except Emily 's post - i agree that I couldn't say enough good things. Shes truly a blessing in my life.
