Currently pursuing through trading standards over the total misdiscription of. Car purchased from choice. Car described with 99,000 miles, and a full service history. When car delivered it had 107,500 miles, needed a service and the promised 2 year gold warranty has been reneged. When discussed with the md, he states 'look you negotiated us down on the price' very assertive, certainly not bothered by a disgruntled buyer...each complaint I have made whilst accepted as accurate is just met with the fact that the price was reduced, which is true but the choice never said' oh by the way the car will now have a further 7500 miles on the clock and will need a service and by the way now we have your money have decided not to give a warranty. The car was delivered to my home as I live over 100 miles away, I paid for this service, when I explained my complaints to the md and after it was accepted that his 'admin girl' had not 'just made a mistake' as I had already been told that the car was in 'daily use' the MD said 'right, bring it back and I'll refund you' YES success, but he won't collect the car as in his words 'a bridge to far' ridiculous...you have taken my money and sold be something different to what you had described. Shocking, I thought car dealers like this were a thing of the past... The MD thinks he's a fair man however believes his bull to much, contradicting both written word, his staff's word and his own. The latest is to just not respond to my emails. CHECK WHAT YOU ARE BUYING FROM THIS DEALER, and don't expect good customer service. I will update the outcome one I have taken this to court. Lets see if David can win against a company riding roughshod over the public.
