Needless to say, I could barely find anyone open on a Saturday around 1 pm ( guess the florist businesses are booming and can be shut down on a Saturday) Long story short, I get ahold of Susie with "The Blooming Rooster." I ask if she could deliver tomorrow on a Sunday - knowing it was a long shot, but she didn't and when she seen the delivery address was 28 minutes away from her SHE IMMEDIATELY tells me it's too far and out of her delivery area BUT AS A CUSTOMER ORIENTED BUSINESS OWNER.. she began to look through her contacts to find me someone she would trust that does deliver to the address that I needed the bouquet to go too. As she began to mutter () people in her contacts she was talking to herself and saying yes, oh yes, but oh crap she's not open today ... and I stopped her and just asked if I give you XXX amount of money can you deliver an arrangement of your choice and design ? And because she realized how important it was to me, she agreed and AND she even added some chocolate candy for my stepmom. Susie is the epitome of customer service !! It's predominantly white, with only two roses showing in the picture ( so 4 total roses- which they admitted while I was giving them my feedback). When I ordered it, I said that maybe a ribbon or bow would be good. Turns out they put a yellow and white polkadot bow in it. Are you kidding??? Not at all the look I wanted. My brother and family got a bunch of white flowers I could get at a grocery store for $10. -$15. - with a comical bow. I got no acknowledgment when I called Scott's - just justification that they are well established ( ie they know what they are doing) and there were lots of different flowers in the arrangement. But no color!!!! and $80 for 4 roses!!!! - Total rip off. If it were my business, I would at least make a quick call or text me saying they are adding a yellow and white polka dot bow. I would have said "No" . Their total disregard for my feedback and their defensiveness leaves me with one of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had.

Website was easy to navigate, but as the person who would be receiving the flowers do not a certain type, finding something for them could have been a minor challenge. Teleflora's Summer Daydream Bouquet ended up being perfect and I went with the deluxe option. Prices were fair for the flowers and the delivery charge was reasonable. The most important thing was the person who received them loved the colors and selection. The only improvement Conyngham Floral could have made, was an email or text message informing that the flowers were delivered. Overall, it was an easy experience ordering from them.
