Excellent chocolates, really fabulous combinations and tastes.
The flavor of each ingredient comes through distinctly. The Ecuador has cognac and orange ganaché in a milk chocolate shell. I could taste all three flavors clearly. The Margarita, which is tequila, lime juice and pink salt flake ganaché enclosed in rich dark chocolate shell, even has a little rim of salt around the top. Try the Cassis: Black currant puree ganaché infused with premium Cassis liqueur. It's easy to identify, with the purple top.
You can buy all of individual pieces you want, or assortment boxes, all at reasonable price compared to locally-made chocolates of this quality in the US. With on-line availability and a new store on George St in the Rocks, I think this local proprietor is going to be going gangbusters for quite a while. read more
