Do not use this company. We ordered favours for our wedding, they arrived well after the anticipated date (which may be because it was international delivery). The items were unlabelled and the boxes were glued shut. After some detective work we realised that we could use their website to decipher which items were which (and we hoped that we were right, since we had chosen specific items for specific people). Then we discovered that one of the items was damaged (after giving it to our guest). When I contacted Chloebeck, I was told that we were supposed to have claimed within some unrealistic time frame (which was not at all transparent at their end, or requested of us either). In addition, the item was broken in three places, and the others all arrived undamaged, so their claim of a courier doing it is absurd. They refused to replace the item and tried to insult us by offering a voucher which was not even equivalent to the cost of the item. Save your sanity, use a reputable company used to actually dealing with people and providing good quality items (some of the other favours were also a bit scratched). read more

Had photos taken in June and still not happy with them. My photos did not match what was promised…read morein our, discussions, brochure or online. Head and feet cropped off and no one looking at camera and smiling. Lots of double chins, backs of heads and photos taken from below. When I complained I got sent a legal letter! About 20% of our guests were missing and although the camera used was top notch we unfortunately did not get what we wanted. 6 Months on and I am still trying to get a decent album together for the day and having to spend a lot of time editing and cropping. For over £1200 I expected more. If you like a documentary style then go for it but if you want photos of people looking at the camera and feet and heads not cropped, badly framed photos then go ahead.

After pricing out my options, I found that bridal henna is REALLY expensive. I was starting to get turned off to the idea until I came across Mehndi by Sonia online. The pictures in her gallery looked gorgeous, and her prices were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than anyone else's I'd encountered. She came to an informal henna party that my in-laws threw for me in their home and was willing to travel anywhere in or around London as long as I got her a cab or a lift home afterwards. She applied the henna to my specifications free hand and did little designs on the girls at the party (again, free hand) as well for £5 each. She was friendly, personable and professional. The henna was fabulous and looked awesome on the day. I wholeheartedly recommend Sonia for mehndi, bridal or otherwise, as it was bad ass and completely reasonable in price.
