I put my computer in for repair and, despite multiple inquiries, after 10 days they had done absolutely nothing to repair it. A complete waste of my time and effort. Go somewhere else!!! I took my laptop to Chiswick Computers because it shut down from time to time while I was working on it. 4 (yes 4!) weeks later, I received back a laptop that wasn't working at all any more. They didn't even tell me, I had to go back and confront them when I discovered it didn't even start up anymore. At which point they just told me that the computer was going to die at some point anyway, they just sped up the process. And that I should be grateful that they didn't charge me, because they put in a lot of hours. Final thing, the only updates I got during the 4 weeks when they destroyed my laptop, was when I called them. If you want to have something repaired, go somewhere else! read more

Sorry guys, I would absolutely not recommend it! I went there with my laptop charger seem to be not working..the guy told me straight away, the problem will be with my laptop, not with the charger (I was 99% sure that's the charger, because I had the same problem before with my old laptop, it was even making funny noise when I plugged in)..but I said ok, he is the expert.. He took my charger to test it, and after a while he came back and said it was ok, the problem will be with the laptop. He even told me it will cost 72 pounds, because they will have to open it to fix.. I was a bit suspicious, so I ordered a charger from internet for 10 pounds..guess what...my laptop is working fine.. So, please explain me what happened, otherwise I think he wanted to rip me off..what a service.. read more

Used them to get a laptop fixed after spilling a glass of water on the keyboard. Laptop had problems booting 2 weeks after getting it back. To be fair, the laptop seemed to be on its last legs. I asked for a letter for insurance purposes citing the attempted repair and was told one would be provided. Waited a month and did not receive requested letter. Asked again for letter to be provided and was promised it was on the way and still did not receive it. 3 months later I was still waiting and still received no assistance. I would say customer care is very poor. Would definitely not recommend. Go somewhere else. read more
