I came in with some pretty bad neck pains and long on going headaches and Dr. Jeff was able to tell me not only what was going on with me, but pin point latest technology to help me feel better. I was so overwhelmed with the changes in just a short time and not having head aches any more speaks for itself. He has also taken the time to explain things when I have questions, and knowing how busy he is, he is never too busy to really care about his patients. I fully recommend him and the rest of the staff to anyone who is even a bit curious if what you are dealing with can be helped. Life is way to short to wonder and not live a full life.

It is well worth the price in terms of both time and money. My back was so bad that I often could not stand up after bending down, and I would have random back spasms frequently. My back situation made me feel far older than my years! I will continue to go the Dynamic Spine - Dr. Watson truly cares about people, he's got a great personality and he actually takes the time to explain things in a way that's easy to digest. 5+ stars to Dynamic Spine!

I've recently began seeing Dr. Van Riper and I must say I've been very impressed. Their office was…read morevery inviting and relaxing, great music playing in the background. The office staff was great, Tina got me in right away and helped me get things squared away with my insurance. The doctor was patient and very thorough during our initial appointment. He spent the time to learn about my medical history, needs, and goals before even considering treatment options. This was especially important for me because I'm a person that is wheelchair bound. I'm a C6 quadraplegic and I have been suffering with extreme lower back pain and spasticity in my hips and legs for years. In addition to that, I recently had a hospital stay that made things worse. I had neck surgery which limited the strength in my arms, making it much harder to manage my daily activities. To be honest, I questioned what the chiropractic field could do for someone in my position. My legs and back gotten to the place where they were limiting my ability to be independent so I was looking for options. Dr. Van Riper took the time and effort to develop a treatment plan that has significantly improved my condition. I found out that he has a number of treatment options to consider using, depending on a person's physical situation and needs. I'm about three weeks into my treatment and I'm very optimistic of what we can improve considering the results I've seen so far. My back pain is nearly gone after my first few treatments and I am noticing improvement in my lower extremity range of motion and spasticity. If your considering chiropractic or rehabilitative treatment in the Sioux Falls area I would highly recommend River Ridge Spine & Rehabilitation.

When the Dr uses an activator there is none of the hands on twisting or manual popping. He feels the spot so he knows what to do and then he puts his little hand held clicker and it delivers a few well placed bumps to get my bones where they need to be. He is the only one I have found in South Dakota and I drive two hours to see him. He does not take insurance but his clinic is virtually no wait and he is very nice to talk to. He will treat everything you tell him hurts. He even adjusts my jaw and wrists. He charges $85 for initial visit but if you are recommended by someone it is only $45 so tell them I told you how great it is and get the discount! From there on it is $45 per visit. His office hours are a little odd but if I lived closer I imagine they would be convenient. He has 3 slots per appointment time and he has three tables in the open where you are worked on fully clothed. When I came to him it had been awhile since I had been to a chiropractor since I dislike manual manipulation so he had me come every time I was in town until he had me back to normal. When I hit that point I'm good for six months between visits! Check Dr gusso and activator method Chiropractic out!

Her hybrid approach to wellness has stood out to me! From my first visit, Dr. Payton made me feel welcome and listened carefully to my concerns. I appreciated how they integrated soft tissue therapy, targeted exercises, and posture coaching alongside the adjustments -- it felt like a complete, personalized wellness program rather than a quick fix. After just a few sessions, my chronic achiness was reduced, and my understanding of how my body is meant for movement was clear. I also feel more educated about how to maintain my progress at home.
