I was informed that because it was a same day cancellation, I would be charged the full cost of the service so the therapist could still be paid, which is fully understandable if I had canceled within two hours or so, not 6. It doesn't sit right with me that their policy puts employees' health at risk just to make money. Policies should have some common sense built in. This left a bad impression on me and if you're a mom, or anyone who could have anything unexpected pop up I'd consider this before booking your appointment. When emailing the manager they said that their cancelation policy is firm and they are not going to waive the fee, so I will be going to my appointment and unfortunately risking the employees to my fever/strep. I hate companies that don't realize that emergencies exist. See you at 6!
