I ordered a philly cheese steak sub and a sweet onion chicken teryaki... the meat was as cold as ice where it should've been heated up, and there was way too much sweet onion sauce on the one sub. Another sub in my order was just mashed into the wrapper, so that all the contents just fell right off of the bread when I unwrapped it. I initially walked in and saw the guy placing the two subs in the oven, and I quietly said "I think those are mine, I didn't want the bread toasted." The worker seemed stressed and shouted out "I was just heating up the meat!" In all of my experiences at Subway, the employees here would heat the meat in a separate tray and then put the heated contents onto the un-toasted bread. That's why I made sure that my online order stated for the bread to be "not toasted". The meat never even seemed cooked as I lost my appetite tasting my sandwiches. I didn't make a big deal with the guy because I wasn't gonna stress out his coworker who was peaceful and working hard. I just knew that once I got home...
