Edit: you didn't look at the coins to say weather it was worth it and your employee told me you don't send coins in at all. So which is it? I called and left 6 voicemails all during business hours within the span of two weeks and didn't get a single return phone call and the first time I came in I didn't have an appointment and was let in with no issues so none of your reply isn't accurate.
