First off, absolutely nothing in the shop is #gluten-free, so if you're GF, the Peach Cobbler Factory is not for you. Did the cobbler live up to the hype? My spouse was hugely disappointed in the cobbler. I have rarely seen my spouse push a sweet treat to the side, but the cobbler tasted like it was commercially pre-made. It wasn't even heated. The top of the cobbler was also soft, so it was very un-cobbler like. After all the hype my spouse was surprised that the shop was not what the reviews led us to believe. Also, the parking here is horrendous. This is a very busy shopping centre and people were circling and circling for parking.

A new addition to the menu, the southern biscuits and gravy were delightful and authentically southern. The biscuits were light and fluffy, and the gravy flavorful and abundant. Once again, I am impressed with the generous portioning of The Sweet Suite, and additional orders beyond the first are brought to the table with great speed. I had the honor of seeing executive chef Tim Alex at work in the kitchen today, and with such an exemplary culinary artist at the helm it is no wonder at The Sweet Suite's success.
