I'm able to prioritize what I need done and work around my finances until I can get everything but absolutely needs to be done. When my Fiat was having issues with a code, I took it to two other mechanics who could not diagnose it and one I tried to fix it. They didn't. JT's fix the problem and it has not reoccurred since then. He worked with my insurance, your mercury, and helped me get the work done. When my other friend had a problem with her transmission, she was quoted by one mechanic is it going to cost $700. JT's did it right and we haven't had the issue with the transmission since then and it was less than half. I know every job is different and the needs of the car different. But I feel very comfortable bringing my children here.

No pressure at all to upgrade, but I thought it was necessary --- my car is parked in the sun all day and my leather seats were starting to look/feel a little dry. I also want to keep my paint looking nice, so a hand wax was definitely overdue. Process was super easy and hassle-free. Great communication and easy to schedule. They were also flexible and willing to accommodate me rescheduling appointments due to the random and sudden rainy days we've had recently. Steven and Craig not only showed up on time, but a few minutes early. They got to work right away and treated my car with SO MUCH LOVE!!! I would look out my living-room window once in a while. They treated my car as if it were their own. I saw Craig massaging the conditioner into my leather seats, and also Steven carefully waxing every nook and cranny of the outside. About 90 minutes from start to finish, my car looked better than it has ever looked, even nicer than when I first bought it. The leather seats were soft and supple, and the outside was so shiny that it was gleaming. So many of my coworkers, friends, and neighbors noticed. I haven't had the inside of my car cleaned in a good 5 years embarrassingly enough, and I had enough sand to make a small beach, so I figured anything is better than nothing. It took 1.5 hours for an interior/exterior wash and he shined up my tires. I forgot to ask how much prior the appointment and he said it was $45. The last time I got a mobile car was was years ago and it cost $80. I thought I heard wrong but no, it was $45 for a mobile interior and exterior car was - absolutely insane in the best way. I reached out to a couple different detailers on Yelp and James was the fastest to respond to my initial inquiry about services he provides, and always responded to my other questions in a timely manner. His pricing was more than reasonable so I decided to go with him. He arrived on time to my house, was friendly and professional and got right to work. James did an interior and exterior detail with seat and carpet shampooing and let me tell you, I almost don't want to sell the car it looks so good. He got a stain out of the backseat carpet, the seats look brand new, the door handles, shifter and steering wheel looks as though nobody has ever touched them, and the inside smells great to boot! The exterior was also given the same level of attention; he brought the plastic trim back to life, the tires and wheels look like they just rolled off the showroom floor, even the mud-flaps were conditioned back to their black shine! I can't tell you how happy I am with the result and the value that James provides can't be beat. We're selling the truck, but the Prius we are keeping, and the SUV we're buying to replace the truck will only be detailed by James. Definitely a returning customer and will tell all of my friends and family about him!

They recommended their HD Cut and HD Speed and they worked great. Good place to go for a good selection of auto detailing supplies. The only reason that they don't get 5 stars is that they were out of an affordable (under $200) electric polisher. I ended up having to purchase one elsewhere.
