So you invest 40 to 50 years believing you will have all this money when you get in age to draw and fidelity has been treating you so nicely for all those years you feel well protected. When the time comes for you to draw your investments, then you find out Fidelity are 110% + fraud and don't want to easily release your own money to you. Fidelity will keep your money when you get in age to draw your money. Fidelity has all sorts of tactics to keep customers. First fidelity tells you about all the taxes you have to pay by taking your money, then fidelity starts protecting you from your own money by not releasing the money to you or your beneficiaries. Fidelity starts creating new rules etc., because you want your money. Here's what they did to my wife and I. In 2018 my wife was at the age to draw the money. Fidelity refused to give the money by saying their computer systems were down and fidelity refused to contact us by email in writing. Call them on the phone for a year + and all they did was question us over and over about our information, while refusing to give us supervisors, or people in charge including any information. What Fidelity did was continue trying to sell us other plans, then started mistreating us as a senior citizen. Fidelity said we should not take our money because we should buy medical plans etc., or help from others to function because requesting our money from fidelity is not smart and fidelity refuses to talk with beneficiaries. Fidelity continues to scam us senior citizen customers until we die, and then Fidelity keeps our money and starts working against the beneficiaries in every way. Therefore, we will never get our money from fidelity and the local police, Texas Attorney General does nothing to Fidelity. AG takes your complaint and files it and that is all the AG office does, filed with the Texas Department of Insurance, they take your complaint but does everything not to help you. Interviewed private Attorneys and they say it's going to be a long fight to get your own invested money back from fidelity and it's going to have a huffty price for Attorney fees that can't be estimated until the case is ongoing. $5000 to $20,000.00 to start a case is ball park figures. Went to BBB and fidelity refused to answer BBB . Fidelity took over BBB and BBB rated them as answered the complaint when in reality Fidelity failed to Resolve the issues or even answer the questions, as we gave them all of our processing information multiple times. At this point Fidelity just keeps our money and makes money with it, while we get no money. Never invest money with investment companies because they will keep all your money when it's time for you to draw it. BBB refused to list our complaint with Fidelity as UNRESOLVED. BBB is not good when it comes to issues they don't want to do. BBB will tell you the business is not accredited and they can't make a business gives a response. But BBB is misrating fidelity to the public by not rating the issue correctly because fidelity did not answer. The complaint against fidelity is UNRESOLVED because fidelity still has our money and BBB should list it as UNRESOLVED. Don't invest with these companies because once you get old, they will scam old people and no one will help and the stress they put on old people is meant to cause medical problems so they keep your money and you die hurting from their scam etc. It's your choice. If we had a chance to redo it we would never invest with any investment company because it's a scam etc.

Starting getting emails out of the blue from this person sent at nearly 11pm at night from a free online email account (scam/fraud/worse?). Contacted my landlord numerous times, wasn't informed for months this person represented my property. After getting confirmation, and after having my rent raised 30% without any rationale or reasoning given. I asked to have a lease renewal sent over, which I filled out and mailed back within 48 hours. Paid the next month's rent, wasn't notified at all of any issues or problems until a month later was informed by another 3rd party that my lease renewal wouldn't be accepted because of a lack of communication?!? Which is precisely the problem I've had with Denise Michelle Investments -- clearly hypocritical. Also tried to double bill me for a previous months rent even though it was paid in full, trying to nickle and dime tenants isn't what I deem an ethical business practice.. Were I you, I would not rent from this person, nor have them represent your property.. Wholly unprofessional, borderline dishonest, shady practices, no BBB accreditation, communication skills are sorely lacking. Clearly not a professional, advertises on craigslist just like scam artists, has a shady online degree education wise, correspondence is of the quality I'd expect from a high school student chock full of misspellings and poor grammar, coupled with the fact they are too cheap to even have a professional email address. What professional emails you from gmail at 11pm at night?!? And even gmail filters their emails as spam! I'd also be wary of the clearly paid for reviews by people who only have 1 review to their name versus my hundreds of legitimate reviews -- someone is direly trying to pad their review scores on yelp -- again very unprofessional/dishonest..

I would highly recommend Denise to anyone looking for an apartment in Houston.

The rules were changing constantly, and mortgages were difficult to get - especially for a first-time buyer. Kay was awesome and I felt like I was in great hands. I wasn't stressed out at all because Kay really went above-and-beyond and took care of everything, finding me the perfect home for my family. Kay was also my realtor selling that home in 2020, which was also a challenging time for real estate for obvious reasons. She found me the perfect buyer and took care of absolutely everything. I was beyond thrilled with the outcome for both me and the buyer. I felt like everything was managed fairly, respectfully, and competently. If there were any snags, I didn't have to deal with any of them because Kay again went above & beyond, even dealt with my very difficult tenant at the time and al the complications of doing viewings, etc. during the early confusing days of Covid. I would absolutely recommend Kay to anyone buying or selling a home. 11/10!

We had preferred status with Fidelity. I went into this Fidelity to talk to one of the investors (Jay?). He looked over the Fidelity Online Planner which I had entered information beforehand. The Planner offered the basic scenarios and is not a reliable program to make retirement decisions. This investor looked at the Planner and said, "Well, according to this your wife should be able to retire." Huh? The guy never ran any other planning software to see if our investments were on track. He told me he would turn all my documents over to their investment team and he would call me back. I never heard from him and he never tried contacting me. I can understand if we were talking about a few thousand dollars and it wasn't worth his effort, but that wasn't the case. I have since moved/rolled all our investments into another investment firm, who by the way, said my wife should wait until next year to retire. If you use this Fidelity, expect bad service and keep an eye on what they do with YOUR money.
