We are disappointed for the following reasons: 1) Both the chicken curry and chicken biryani we have ordered have gone stale soon after the lunch was taken. The caterer naively explained later that it could have been because the food was packed whilst it is hot but being a professional I would have expected they knew that. 2) The food was delivered 1 hour later than originally scheduled. This threw our arrangements awry. This got exacerbated because we had to clean to chaffing dishes as the provided ones are not as clean as you would expect from a professional. 3) Although we have ordered for 70 adults as advised by the caterer himself the vegetarian dishes especially starters were in severe shortage. The explanation given by the caterer is that the shortage would have been covered by other dishes. Again, this is not what you would expect from a professional. To summarise, I had high expectations after I tasted the food at my friends party but the service and food left me highly dissappointed.
