    Combination Lunch: Sesame Chicken
    Amy D.

Ordered the Sesame Chicken Combination for lunch. It comes with soup, egg roll and choice of rice or lo mein. Great size portion. There was a lot of sauce on the chicken for my preference. The chicken was good, not too much breading which was nice. The lo mein was yummy, wish it would have had a little veggie in it. Soup had great taste & the eggroll was yummy.

Sesame chicken (mixed with fried rice) and spring roll.

Service was great, especially for late on a holiday, but the food was lackluster. Our sesame chicken didn't look anything like any I've had before from other locations. The wonton soup had an orange broth, and one of my spring rolls was partially black. The food was good for what it was, but more suited for a drunk night and not for when you are craving Chinese.

When I first moved into my house we tried this Chinese place, china town, and we got pretty decent Chinese food, but all went down hill from there! I order veggie lo mein with all bok choy (never complaining if there ever was an upcharge) The past few times I've receive LETTUCE instead of bok choy. When I called to let them know the girl (who was extremely nasty to my husband on the phone when he ordered). Told me that they "got a different company to give them their bok choy and it was the soft kind, not the hard kind"........ LOL.... as if there was such a thing. Never ordering from them again.

Lots of breading very little meat.

They have good food most of the time. Some of their meals are very heavily breaded.. you get very little meat. So just order the ones that don't come breaded and you will get a lot more food.

This is the "Pad Thai" from Chinatown.

We order from this establishment once or twice per month. It's pretty good but sometimes the food is over cooked. Case in point, last night we order our usual sweet and sour chicken with an order of pork fried rice with crab Rangoon. We also tried their beef pad Thai. Since most everything else is usually great we thought the Pad Thai would be a slam dunk. I've had Pad Thai more times than I can count so I'm pretty sure I can tell if it is decent or not. My hopes of yummy Pad Thai were dashed when this container of limp noodles with small pieces of beef showed up. I don't know what this was but it was definitely not Pad Thai!!! I guess we'll stick with the Chinese food at Chinatown because that was the worst Pad Thai type dish I've ever encountered.

Worse version of Chinese food. Even at my hungriest, food could not be eaten. Had to dump $25 worth of lousy food.

I ordered the signature sandwich meal that included fries and a drink. You server yourself for the drink, and it had a machine that was pretty fancy. Luckily, it had diet Dr. Pepper, which was nice to see, but when my husband tried a number of other drink options, they were not available. The fries were edible, but they should have been crisper and fresher, especially since we were there a little after 11am. The chicken sandwich was excellent. It was fried perfectly, and it had a nice layer of pickles. My husband ordered a chicken finger plate. He also felt the fries were too soggy, but otherwise, he liked the chicken and said the breading-to-meat ratio was perfect. Oddly enough, though we ate there, our food was given to us packed up and ready to go, and from what I could tell, that's how everyone's food was given to them, even though they were eating in the dining room. Typically, I am a Chick-fila fan, but I have to say this place had an excellent chicken sandwich, which had a brioche type bun, and it was not nearly as crowded.
