His work is grounded in discretion, collaboration, and disciplined follow- through. Raised & Educated in the Texas Hill Country, North Houston and at Texas A&M University (including Texas A&M at Galveston), William grew up in a family culture centered around coaching, business leadership, and excellence. Athletics played a formative role in his development -- serving as a football team captain, training in powerlifting and track, and practicing with the Texas A&M club rugby program. These experiences shaped his respect for accountability, teamwork, and resilience. During college, William developed a deep appreciation for music culture, particularly electronic dance music and live festival communities. Exposure to diverse people and perspectives strengthened his ability to connect with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds -- an important asset when working in recovery environments. William brings both professional training and lived recovery experience to his work. Having met his wife during his own recovery journey in the Hill Country, he understands firsthand the importance of structure, support systems, and long-term commitment. Today, as a husband and father, his approach is steady, family-conscious, and responsibility-driven. He works closely with organizations, clinicians, and aftercare teams to ensure clear communication, aligned expectations, and transitions. His focus is simple: show up consistently, protect client dignity, and support long term stability. Outside of his professional work, William enjoys trail running, fly fishing, golf, yoga, studying; coaching, human geography, and spending time with his family(including maltipoo Sammy). William operates with a commitment to structure, discretion, collaboration, and disciplined execution -- principles that guide each client interaction

Even after voicing my concerns with the owners daughter about the gym manager and having to deal with her I was told I wouldn't have to deal with her anymore. We were promised free bags months ago for a huge order mix up and our girls were suppose to receive them back in May and have yet to receive them. I have messaged their gym manager (whom I was told I wouldn't have to deal with anymore) over 10 times and have been ignored all times. I have came to the conclusion that these free bags we were suppose to receive we will not get. Im not sure if this is because we left or what but this is very unprofessional to promise kids something then not hold up to their end. Also forgot to mention the part where the owner messaged me a few times regarding payments that she didn't receive even though I gave the money to her manager. When paying a lot the last thing you want to do is to constantly have to worry about if your money is going into the correct hands. I have so much more but going to leave it at this.

The staff at Bishop Reicher are excellent, well-qualified educators that not only teach our children everything that you would expect kids today to learn in the classroom, but also continuously instill Christian values in all aspects of what is being taught. This combination provides a unique learning opportunity that is unmatched in Waco. Both of our children that are currently enrolled, love the opportunity given to them to interact with the older students on different initiatives like the weekly reader program and Mass buddies. This allows our kids to get to know everyone in a Pre-K - 12th grade environment. We are proud Bishop Reicher Cougars!
