They have a fabulous, varied, top quality Dim Sum menu that is all prepared in house but is only served until 5pm. The full menu is enormous! What a selection! Over 200 dishes to choose from! They do all usual favourites sweet and sour, black bean etc although I haven't tried them myself. I went for Dim Sum and Crispy Pork the first time and was astonished at the quality. The crispy pork is as good as you get on Gerard Street in London and the Cheung Fun were heavenly. In fact they are both the best I have tried outside of Chinatown and before then Hong Kong. The second time I got a take away to share with friends and again all dishes were of the highest caliber, everyone agreed. We had the Singapore Vermicelli, Poached Chicken, Salt and Chilli Squid, Pak Choi and garlic and the wonderfully named Three Roasties a selection of Roast Duck, Char Siu Pork and Crispy Pork. sigh just fantastic. The only thing i would say is it would be great if they would do free delivery if you order over a certain ammount but there it a standered delivery charge no matter what you order but its worth it for the great prices and great food.. also every now and then i get a free fortune cookie.. The menu contains what you would expect of a chinese restaurant, and somethings you don't usualy see and that's what I wanted to try! slightly unsure of what the sauces were and if I would like them, the lovely waitress brought out a small sample of each sauce so that I could choose! I went for the mongolian duck and it was devine! The rest of the family thoroughly enjoyed their meals, one confirmed that their meal was 'the best seafood dish they'd ever had' which is praise indeed. I was greeted by the nicest lady, who took my order... 1. Hot and Sour Soup 2. Pork Chop Suey 3. Char Sui Foo Yung, which also included Egg Fried Rice at 30p extra I perhaps waited only 15-minutes or so...back at the room, opened up my meal. First, no styro foam containers (this is a good thing)...each dish was packed nicely in foil containers which not only assisted with spill control in the bag, but most importantly it kept my food HOT (this is a good thing). The make-up of the dish is egg, pork and peas...perhaps another ingredient or two. This was a surprise, but, what a good tasty surprise. Contrary to the reviews by others...I had great service, prompt and courtesy acknowledged. My food was perfect...hot, tasty...very enjoyable. And the cost...quite acceptable. It should be noted that this business was established in 1965...this is a local family operation, not a commercial corporation from London...these are your friends and neighbors, show your support, they deserve your business. When I travel back this direction...yes, I will stop in, say hello and experience another wonderful meal.
