You'd think they could get better proteins for that price. The proteins are substandard, stringy and full of cartilage and connective tissue. The cuts of meat that they use require low and slow heating, but they get the rapid, high heat wok treatment instead. The worst part is they use styrofoam containers for their delivery service and they pour the dish into the styrofoam while it's boiling hot. We didn't get it but it looked good. Would definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you are Chinese and missing Chinese cuisine after a week in brasil.
