It was piping hot, delicious and filled with texture ranging mostly in the soft to slightly chewy as there was tendon and fat. Now to most people this may be unappealing so stick to their sweet n sour chicken and fried rice. Those looking to enjoy different textures and cuts of meat or vegetables try the menu for Chinese people in the back.
