I am very sensitive to odors and cannot tolerate the smell of most new carpeting. The Columbus flooring sales advisor was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. She brought samples and also met me several times at a local carpeting retailer to show me a new type of carpet which has low VOC's. It was easy to contact the sales advisor by phone, text or email. The owner of the company lives in a different state but is reachable by email and phone. Both ladies tried their best to accommodate me.
