The blackberry lemonade was phenomenal. It was on the sweeter side, but I have a big sweet tooth. It was recommended to me by the waitress. For my main, I got the chicken sandwich. However, it was pretty bland. A fast food sandwich is much better and flavorful. The chicken was dry and the only sauce inside was regular honey mustard. I've been here a few times and everytime they take a long time to get the food to you (I went during dinner time when it busy) I love the chocolate lava cake at chilis but I can never order it here because if I did it would take 30 minutes to get me. The service really isn't that great either. Was rarely checked on and even when I was, I never got what I requested for or they took an extremely long time to get back to me. So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless it's quiet but then again I know there isn't too many other food options here read more

Been coming to chilis a few months now and it's hot! AC NOT WORKING! A recognize chain restaurant having patrons and employees working under hot conditions is horrible! FIX THE AC! My server was very nice, and attentive, but my double burger was was dry, and over cooked. The lettuce on my salad, and inside my burger had a bit of browning, of it not looking fresh. The Chili tacos were good, with the chips and salsa, and the chicken enchilada soup was excellent, but they need to look at their salt shakers. My husband including our table, went to two other tables around us to exchange it, they were all clogged of them being moist, and damped. Walked in close to 4, there were so many tables that were still dirty from the lunch rush. Went to the bathroom and the stench of sewer hit me. Went to wash my hands and there was ABSOLUTELY NO SOAP! It was so gross. As I'm walking out of the bathroom an employee walks in. Ummm so no soap, no nothing, is she serving food without washing hands?? Manager was close by chatting with someone. The managers need to do a better job of keeping the place clean and set an example of how to keep up with expectations. read more

2 for $20 special is a great value. The southwestern egg rolls are delicious and the mini bite size burgers too. I recommend the cajun chicken pasta, a good size portion plate. Deserts are good. It gets packed on weekends, usually fridays ,but you'll get seated within a reasonable time frame. read more

This was the dirtiest Chili's I've ever been to. Tables filthy, silverware dirty, floor dirty, bathroom terrible. Waitress was sweet but that's about it. Food ok. Sad that this is the nicest restaurant in RGC. read more

If you are in Starr County for any reason at all--especially if you are visiting someone here--you will be persuaded (politely or otherwise) to go to this Chilis. It is the "go-to" place for most of the residents here but is, quite frankly, the saddest Chilis on the planet. It's busy pretty much ALL the time, the food is over-salted, industrial, processed (from frozen, of course)...it is a good place to hit up for happy hour (appetizers and cocktails are the lesser evils) but head over to a local place (Casa Adobe, Rio Brewing Company, Fina's Cafe, Caro's, etc.) if you have the choice. read more

Really bad service! Waited about 40 mins to be seated when there were tables available. No staff available to clean them and prep them for incoming customers. Waited additional 30 minutes to get served drinks and more time to order! Food was cold and waiter took too long to return and get refills, napkins etc. Totally will NOT return! read more

For a chain resturant the service was great. Food always good. Being there on mothers day I saw them accomindating groups up to 12 and 8 at the same time. Seating for 4 or less was still available since they have booths also. No wait as we were only 2 for dinner. Ice tea always filled on time and never ran dry. Clean rest rooms and a small bar area. Small for a Chili's but still nice place. Togo door on side so no interuptions in dining area with togo orders. Food was cooked perfect and waitress gave good advice on menu. At table check out and reorder system is great. When you need something order it on thier system no waiting, same with check ou if using card. read more

The food here is great, they rarely mess up on orders. I love chili's and it's a great asset to Rio Grande. Fridays are usually full, wait time about 2 weeks ago was 55 mins. to be seated, wish it was bigger. But who cares, I love the food! read more
