Judy is the sweetest Waitress ever! We referred to her as "the SUPER sweet one" for so long but now that I know her name, I can give credit for where it's due! Also super sweet and tentative everytime we eat here! Thanks Judy! Never change, You're so sweet! read more

We stopped into Chili's on a Monday night and sat at the bar. It was pretty busy for a Monday. Our bartender Nichole was great. I got the lemon drop margarita. It was huge and only $6! We ordered a half slab ribs and the ancho salmon with a cup of enchilada soup. Everything tasted great and would definitely come back again! read more

Food was cold. Service was turtle slow. And after food arrived, it was wrong(along being cold).

This Chili's has really nice decor inside. Maybe it's because I haven't been to Chili's much in the past few years that I'm not up to date on the design changes! Nonetheless - this location is clean and very nice. Our server (forgive me I forgot his name!) was phenomenal. He was always right there to refill drinks, take our order and get anything that we needed. He was really good! This makes up such a big part of the overall experience. To start, we had the Trio Dip - we had the Beef Queso, Salsa, and Guacamole. All of the dips were really good! Their queso came out hot and was tasty. The chips were fresh and light. This was a great shareable app for four people! The Triple Dipper is another dish where you can select your components. The portion size is big! I would venture to say it's a shareable item! Their mozzarella sticks are a bit more like mozzarella logs - a big piece of cheese that is about double the width of your normal stick. The chicken tenders are a good size. The half rack of ribs was another solid choice. I was most suprised at how good the Mac 'n Cheese was! It was loose, creamy, and hot! It was a total winner! Living in Vegas - I haven't had a Chili's experience like this one, for real! read more

Absolutely loved loved loved this Chili's. My buddy and I are in town for just a few weeks for work and we both agreed we can't wait to come back and see Rachel and Brandy (with a "y") as well as enjoy some more amazing food! The combination of excellent food and amazing service make this restaurant a home run! read more

Overall odd experience. There were no prices on the drink menu. Everything else had a price, just not the bar drinks. The food was passable. Oddly, there wasn't any salt or pepper on the table, although the server gave us some after our food came. We wanted some vinegar for the salad because all the dressings had a tangy mayo overtone. We were informed there was no vinegar to be had. The drinks were for sure the star of the show. My Henny Marg was awesome and about 13 bucks or so. My wife loved her drink too. read more

Had to come on here and update my review because we are not going back to this location. Service was not good, the food was lukewarm when it came to the table, and once we got home we had food poisoning. Threw up all night and felt horribly nauseous the next morning. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the servers seemed like they were trying but everything was unfortunately just off. read more

Great service and tasty food. We were seated promptly and our server was excellent. Food was perfect temperature and well prepared

For as busy as it was it was fine. The food was tasty and good, the ambiance busy and the service was fine. A bit slow at times but all in all a good time just before going to see a movie. Glad we got there early. read more

Food was cold, service absolutely sucked but a so-so ambience. Do not recommend. If your a friend of anyone that works there, you may be treated good but anyone else, hell no. Stay away from this place. Overheard one of the workers saying to another about her not having her food card. read more

This place was an entire joke. I have never been this shocked with how bad a Chili's experience was. My mother had an allergic reaction due to chopped raw onions in her sandwich when she specifically asked for none. They tried to tell us they could make ZERO substitutions in Big QP which I've never encountered at any other location so we had to pay an extra 2$ for lettuce alone. This place was just an entire mess, and probably the worst Chili's I've ever been to. The absolute only saving grace was our server, but everything else was a joke. My mother could have died due to her onion allergy. Run far away. read more

Got Shrimp Cajun Pasta delivered to my house. Due to food allergy we told them to not add the Cajun to the shrimp (the detail receipt says 86 Cajun Spice right on it!). On top of it i ordered a watermelon lemonade, turned out to be regular lemonade. Ordered through Chills website. Order was originally 36 bucks. I ended up having to pay 50 buck due to thuer insane delivery fee, added taxes, and tip. They use doordash to deliver. I looked on my Doordash app and ordered same thing and would have been almost 10 bucks cheaper. I just wanted the chilli's rewards. Will never make that mistake again. Also, took well over the 45 minutes the website said, due to website crashing on me. Sucks. Chilli's was one of my fans. read more

The women's restroom was flooded. They said there was a leaked. After they mopped it up the flooding was worse. It just smeared the water everywhere. It was a huge slipping hazard and instead of cleaning it up they just put a wet floor sign out. I had to go to McDonald's next door to use the restroom. read more

I have never wrote a review in my life but this was absolutely the worst experience me and my friends could have had. We are all here for the 4th of July just trying to go out for dinner and first off the service was terrible we were there for 2 hours and waited for our food as we were all starving after a long day out on the lake. Then after we finally got our food these two girl hosts come up to me and my friends and looks at one of the girls that was wearing a 2 piece outfit that her stomach was showing a little in and ask if she's wearing a shirt and complains about her outfit threatening to kick us out. By far the worst experience. read more

WORST service ever last night! Was my kids Birthday! Had to tell waitress 3 times what I wanted to drink. Me and another person with us never got a refill. Got my side order wrong, she fixed that. But couldn't seem to remember my side of Mayo. Didn't check on us once after she brought our food. Left 1/2 my meal I needed a box for. She royally SUCKS as a waitress! Looks like she needs to retire! Or Chili's would definitely be better off if she did. Called restaurant to complain. Supposed manager, Tracey, hung up on me!! No Birthday song or anything for my kid!!! Won't be going back! Usually do lunch every Sunday!! Won't be at Chili's anymore!! read more

Excellent customer service, well staffed and tons of amazing food! The only regret, I couldn't eat anymore! We had two appetizers, a burger, grilled cheese and a Buffalo chicken salad....all of it was awesome. Yesterday was hot as....well you get it and this was a welcome oasis. The service was amazing and we didn't wait too long for any of our food to be delivered. Clean restrooms, lots of parking out front and close to London Bridge. It's a must stop off the 95 when in Havasu. Oh and the bar is packed. This is a great little hang out. Come see for yourself read more

I haven't been to Chile in more than 10 years. I really didn't want to go there, but there are not many options in Havasu, especially to accommodate a large party. The waitress was friendly and nice. She seem like a hard worker and enjoyed her job. I ordered the beef/shrimp fajitas. I asked for corn tortillas and I ended up getting flour. It wasn't a big deal, but my fajitas were not sizzling, they were just warm. My sister-in-law ordered fajitas also and hers were sizzling and super hot. They were quite tasty, but would have been much better. I just couldn't finish eating it because it wasn't hot. (Didn't get a pic) My daughter got the chicken crispers and the honey chipotle glaze and they put way too much sauce on it. I guess she should have got it on the side but didn't know how much would be on each piece. My other daughter got the crispy chicken, Caesar salad. She said it was good, but there was way too much salad dressing on it. The avocados also looked brown and not fresh. She only finished half of it. (Didn't get a pic) I posted photos of the menu on it because there were not any current photos of the menu. We shared a chocolate lava cake and it was super delicious. Prob the best I ever had. I am not sure if I would go back to chilis. read more

The food was good but the service was outright horrible the lady serving us didn't even ask us for refills or asking if we needed anything us and at the end we asked for 1 box to go and she said okay I'll be right back and she never came back at all to go us that box ‍ horrible service read more

We decided to try Chilis after not going here for many years and it was much better than expected. Lots of menu choices. Huge food portions. Some really good deals on the "3 for Me" menu for $10.99 which is a huge bargain these days- Upgrade to the Dip Trio for $2,49! The food was good and we left stuffed!! I think the best part was the friendly service! We went back twice in two weeks and had great service both times. I noticed the manager and assistant manager both times interacting with customers and staff. They seem to be doing a good job because the place is completely different than the last time I was there. We will be back! read more

My hubby and I love coming here for lunch...the Triple Dipper is our favorite item to order. We love the Big Mouth Bites, the Southwest Eggrolls, and the Honey Chipotle chicken crispers! I used to eat at Chili's once or twice a week. I always ate the chicken Cezar salad. Sad news they no longer make that. I tried another salad, no thanks. Today I had a Southwestern salad, had to omit the pick and Cilantro since I'm allergic to that. What I got was salad that was not praise worthy, two crappy and I repeat crappy little pieces of chicken. I left hungry, came home and at a muffin. The only reason I gave this meal two stars was because of my server Andy, short of Andrea. She, like all the servers I ha d there, was terrific, hope you can keep her. My advise for future patrons, eat anything but a salad. read more

The water tastes like chemicals, not lying. I even told the waiter. He said, " yea that's how it always tastes. " ... he said it has flouride. Flouride is rat poison. Go look it up. Can they not afford to give their guests filtered water? Anyhow, I didn't drink it....Going on to the burger . Black bean patty...ummm don't order this, sorry was burnt on edges & soggy and flat. They barely give any guacamole. The fries were stale like they've been sitting around since 8 am. And my meal was $21 with tip. The most I've ever spent on crappy food. Not ever happening again. I'm actually pissed that it cost that much for disgusting non food junk and no water. I think the waiter was nice enough. He still thinks flouride is good for your teeth, so brainwashed he is still. But it's not his fault. That's why I left a tip of $4 dollars for him. The restaurant seemed ok for a chilis I hadn't been in one for over 12 to 16 years nothing to say about it. It was normal I didn't really pay attention so really didn't even matter. There are not a lot of people there. So maybe most people know there are far better choices of restaurants to eat than this one in this area where you can get good food. Anyhow I will not go back ever again , and would like a refund. But I know I'm dreaming cause I might have got more satisfaction throwing my money in the trash just like where this crap is going. I took a picture, so everyone could see the mess I got, but it seems it wasn't added to my post for some reason read more

If you have a large party and cannot agree on what to eat, this is an excellent choice. Some dishes are large enough to split, or take home for the next day. This is a nice spot for apps & drinks too. Their margaritas are tasty and refreshing from the outside heat. Kid friendly. This place is loud, you won't have a quiet dinner. You can watch the game while dining. read more
