My burrito was crumbling out of the wrapper because the workers only care enough to portion the meat but not properly wrap the burrito. Then after the sub-par service they slap you with a "tip" option. With no option for no tip, only 10, 15, or 20%. You're lucky to walk out of the building for 15 bucks, which is pretty upsetting when you go in for what was supposed to be a 8 dollar burrito. The only positive outcome of the whole experience is some free chips and maybe a water cup! Want a sip of anything else? NOPE! That's an extra 3 bucks. Want some queso on your burrito? NOPE! The restaurant is clean, welcoming and the food was delish! This was our first and definitely not last time. Our waitress (Jess) was really nice. The prices were great. Approx. $16 for 2 people. We had burgers, fries and drinks. All of which were delicious (I know, I said that already lol). This Hwy 55 location will definitely be a regular spot. I already have plans to bring my mom and brother when they come to visit.

I've been to Outback Steakhouse probably 50+ times over the years at locations all across North…read moreCarolina and South Carolina, and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I've ever had at an Outback. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. Kept waiting for "the other shoe to drop" but it never did. The Bloomin' Onion was perfect, the bread was delicious, our steaks were cooked exactly the way we ordered them, and all of the sides were excellent. Ambiance was lively but not too loud and I saw they were catering to a birthday party group in the corner. Restaurant was clean and well lit but not too bright. Even the "little things" here stood out. I ordered a brownie to take home, and I was honestly shocked when I opened the bag. Not only did they include the brownie and ice cream, but they also packed the whipped cream, chocolate fudge, and big, thick chocolate shavings in separate little to-go containers. ?!! I've never had an Outback go to that level of effort with a dessert to-go before. I didn't even know those things came with the brownie (I always order it to go at other locations and I've NEVER gotten those toppings on the side) It really says a lot about this location...!!!! The manager also stopped by our table to check on us, which I appreciated. We happened to be talking with another couple seated near us who told us they come here twice a week because the food is consistently so good and the prices are so reasonable. After our experience, I completely understand why. But I especially want to recognize our server, Maliyah. She was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, kind, funny, relatable, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. I kinda felt like we were asking for more than usual ( eg, extra butter, ketchup, things on the side, etc. ) and every single time, she *immediately* went to get whatever we needed and came back with a smile. She never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, which is a big deal since I always hate to ask for things like that. Hands down, she is one of the best servers I've had anywhere in a very long time. Her just presence and demeanor is so welcoming and warm. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, and that kind of service deserves to be recognized!! Thank you Maliyah!! I don't normally write reviews this detailed esp about chain/corporate places but this location clearly goes above and beyond, and I wanted to make sure the team , including the hosts/greeters/goodbyers and esp MALIYAH gets the recognition they deserve. Overall, it was excellent food, excellent service, reasonable prices, and genuine ~hospitality.~ This is what an exceptional Outback experience should be!! *clap emoji* We will absolutely be back!!! (My bf who normally does not enjoy the food at outback's and would rather make his steak at home agrees).
