Service at this location can extremely improve. Worst experience!! I went in to pick up a TO GO ORDER. When I let the lady know i was picking up an order, I was asked to stand in the far corner to wait for my food. I receive my order and I politely said "Thank You" and no response back. I'm getting ready to eat my food in my hotel room and there's no silverware or napkins included. How do you expect for someone to eat a steak without silverware. I felt like I was treated differently because of my race. This Chilis definitely does not follow the Chilis Culture Beliefs they say they believe in. First off I showed up a Monday evening about 6:00, the whole store was packed with family's. I was seated within 5 minutes, and the took my order with ing the next 15 minutes. A water, Texas fries, chips and salsa, and of course for my main course the ranch burger...wow. Food was great, arrived in a timely manner and the whole room was so warm and welcoming. The mix of lights, music and pictures where beautiful. The food was delicious, only thing I can say is the Texas fries didn't have a lot of melted cheese but I also ordered the small order so I don't blame them. If I could leave zero stars I would. The place was not even close to being full. There was three of us in our party. We ordered a 2 for $25 meal plus another meal for the third person. Thirty minutes later the appetizer had still not come out. Another ten minutes later, our entrees came out. One meal was cold and the other two weren't prepared right either (put on onions when we stated no onions). Sent the cold plate back and then they brought out our appetizer. Was cold as well, cheese not melted. They took the appetizer back to fix again. GM Jeff comes out to talk to us and offers the pasta that was cold for free. During all of this time, no drink refills and napkins were never brought to the table. The dessert was the best thing they brought out. We have eaten at this Chili's multiple times and this is the only time that it was absolutely pathetic. read more

Why did I doubt you yelp? I saw the bad reviews and blamed it on yelp brats. I should have listened. We entered and were seated immediately. The booth was dirty. I had to sweep crushed chips out of the booth before I could sit down. They were really busy, but there is no excuse to seat someone in a dirty booth. Our server was actually pretty nice. Not well trained, but nice. We ordered fried pickles, which my wife liked a lot. I did not. They were really thick and the breading fell off. I dropped at least three in the ranch. I had chicken tortilla soup which was good. Definitely worth paying a little more for a bowl versus a cup. Our entrees were also good. My wife had the ribeye, which she liked a lot. I had a bacon chicken quesadilla which was also good. Overall our meal wasn't bad. The experience ruined it. The staff here was ridiculous. While we ate, another waiter came out and loudly greeted a friend at the table behind us. Which would have actually been fine if he hadn't leaned on the booth we shared and rocked it the whole time. Shortly after that, a loud young woman came and sat at the table on the other side of us with her boyfriend after busing it herself. They sat with their drinks and talked very loudly. It became apparent that she was an employee when she made several trips in and out of the kitchen. All of this began to make sense when the manage materialized and began talking into his earpiece like he worked for the secret service. This is a terribly run restaurant with terrible service. I have visited this Chili's many times and every time has resulted in major disappointment. I've been given no other choice but to give a one star review. The food is usually up to par, but is 99% of the time served in a wrong manner. The tables are always disgusting, and even the ones they sit me at have a layer of grime on them. I have a lot more to say, but I feel like I've said enough. Not good... the young lady that brought our food was useless. She dropped it off, I said can u get us plates and were missing street corn? She said no, I'll tell ur server. Then she brought out another order and they asked for several items... SHE MADE 3 TRIPS BACK AND FORTH TO THAT TABLE. What the hell...the sweet corn was so dry and hard I couldn't eat it. Traveling in between cities we stopped at this chili's food was terrible. Everything seemed precooked from the night before or early that morning we ordered fried pickles soon as we bit into them the batter was still wet there was no crunch so please believe that was spit out!! Ordered pasta last I checked garlic bread is suppose to be crunchy not soggy and flimsy nor should it mush up in my hand like wet bread!! That being said... for some odd reason, the one in Beeville, Tx is amazing!!!! I plan my business trips around being able to eat here. Came on a Thursday. Sat at the bar. The bartender was very attentive. Checked on me frequently. Recommended the Presidente Margarita. I was resistant at first because it contains Brandy and I'm really fussy about my margaritas. Turned out to be awesome. I ordered the triple dipper for my meal. I chose the big mouth bites (burgers), southwestern eggrolls, and boneless wings with creamy jalapeño. Food was served hot and fresh. The chicken crispers were not too spicy. Came into town a couple of days early to scope things out before an interview. After a three hour drive, a drink, chips and salsa sounded like a good way to wrap up the night. Apparently smoking is not verboten here, because the bar had several smokers polluting the air. We moved to a table, and even though all we planned to order were some chips and salsa, no one stopped to ask us if we wanted anything. The restaurant doesn't close for another 20 minutes and they are still bringing food out to other tables. When my husband pointed out the dirty fork lying on the back of my seat, I lost my appetite. Suppa one night- lunch the next day- Reading the previous reviews from a couple years ago are just that. A couple of years old. Def improvement. New management. Experienced management. Service was decent enough. We weren't neglected at any time regardless of the group size. The staff is well trained. The program works. Food was good. Nothing but empty plates. During either meal, the delivery was timely. I just don't like the machines at the table. The tablets. I guess I need to get used to them. It's coming to a town near you!
