Worst service I've ever received at a restaurant.. usually this restaurant isn't the best anyway but my lord it was not worth shit. First we waited 25 mins , okay no biggy. Second, we get sat at a 6 person table for 2 people.. 3rd the waiter didn't write a single thing down and of course got the order wrong, never received my salad, and then we sat for 15 mins waiting on her to return and finally had to get someone else to get her, she came back and said oh I just assumed you'd pay by card... Why not ask first instead of having us wait for 20 mins on you!!! Horrible. read more

Menu changes have made this a confusing trip but servers are helpful and friendly. Prices have gone up, but the menu has gotten fresher and more choices have been added. It's almost become a tex-mex place, but it's still delicious. Best "grown-up" mac and cheese ever! read more

Terrible! Ordered by phone and when we got there (within 15 minutes of placing the order) was told for some reason it was thrown in the trash. Manager said it was not and it was ready. Got the food and it was not good at all! Rotten tomatoes, fries stuck on the cheese (what little of it there was) on the burger, didn't get the side of BBQ sauce that was supposed to come with the burger... sad! Won't be back! read more

We had an hour before we had to drop my best friend off at the airport. We ordered drinks and our food then never saw our waiter again until the very end. The food came out in 15-20 mins. We ate fast then my husband asked for a to-go box to another waiter... we waited 10 minutes and still no box. While we waited we paid on the little computer on our table and left our usual 20% tip which we regretted when he finally came back asking how we were going to pay.. we told him we already paid we reminded him that we are just waiting for a box and have a plane to catch please hurry. Literally 7 minutes later saw him walking in the opposite direction and he turned and told us he was still getting that box... we left our honey chipotle boneless chicken and fries because we couldn't wait any longer... read more

What can I say? Meh! We get there and notice that the bar area is pretty full, but there are several tables open. The hostess said it would be 20 minutes. Really? Why? I am a firm believer that any restaurant which has a lack of servers should leave open tables in the BACK, not near the front by the door. About 5 minutes after we started waiting, she said she could seat us. Instead of taking the silverware and walking us to the table, she merely pointed to the table and said, "You can sit at that table." Ok.... that was weird....and rude. Our waitress came and it just got weirder. She introduces herself, tells us she will be taking care of us, and then makes a comment about the game score. She kneels down and pulls out her phone to pull up info on the game. REALLY?!?!?! She talks about the game score and then puts her phone back after she couldn't get a signal. Then she reintroduces herself again and tells us she's going to be taking care of us. She takes our drink order, water and water with lemon, and forgets the lemon. She even wrote the order down. She then came back to take our order. This whole time she was hyper-happy. Kinda like Barney-happy. The fake kind of happy. Our order came out ok; which was a surprise after all the weird stuff that happened earlier. I wasn't impressed with the service from the beginning. Party of 11 went in for snacks and drinks at 9:45pm. No one greeted us at door for over 5 minutes so we sat ourselves on to community tables in bar area. Waited until 10:05 and still no one said hello. Restaurant closes at 10:00. 3 families with 5 kids and they pretended we were not there. If you want to close at 9:45 just say so because if you say 10:00 then meant it. Embarrassing service! read more

I work in the area and have waited for a couple of visits before posting a negative review to be fair. However, this place is in DIRE need of an overhaul in customer service. This week's visit was just too much. The hostess was terrible. Made several people wait at the hostess stand for quite some time while she cleaned some tables for a larger party that was to arrive later. What about the parties that were there now? Several OTHER employees walked out from the back...including the manager...looked at all of us and turned around and walked back to the back. Really? Our server came to our table to take our order and he had a LOT of alcohol on his breath. I was blown away. Been here a few times. Good bar drinks. I love the appetizers; especially the Signature Boneless Wings and Southwestern Eggrolls. Freshness on the celery and other veggies is hit and miss. "If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it!" They have a good variety of others appetizers. I tried the Fried Asparagus once; not bad, but probably won't order again. Food presentation needs work. Service is usually pretty good for the most part, but also needs attention. Depends on your server. Good atmosphere, but slightly loud in the bar area sometimes. I think 3 stars is a fair assessment. read more

We had the fajitas. The food was fine but most of the plate was full of onions and not very much meat. Waiter was polite and courteous. The reason for the two stars is this place is very dirty. They just opened for Lunch but there were fingerprints all over the doors and windows, balloons in the rafters from some old birthday party, tables didn't seem very clean, and the resturant didn't smell clean at all. Very poor management if they don't have enough pride to keep the resturant clean for its customers. Compared to other Chilis, this one gets a D grade due to cleanliness. read more

I ordered curb-side pick-up at this Chili's and it was a good experience with the exception of no condiments for the burger (ketchup) and no spoon or fork in the bag for the mashed potatoes. I ordered without a bun, but they gave me it anyway. Food was good, and they came out immediately to deliver my food when I arrived. read more

Been to this Chili's a dozen times or more. Poor experience today. Sent salsa back because it had the consistency of V8 juice. Server said people have been complaining about it for a week or more. Queso was warm (not hot) but served in cold skillet, so it cooled very rapidly. Chicken tacos had dry chicken. Bun on Smokehouse Burger was stale. We will return, but I really hope this is not a sign of things to come, because if it is we'll only return once. read more

Fairly unexciting food. Ordered fagitas with chicken and steak. Tasteless, boring food. Just a dab of guac, pica and sour cream offered with yucky tasting beans and rice. On Tuesday, July 27th, at approximately 4 p.m., I visited this Chili's restaurant to get some chips and salsa "to go." I encountered a sweet, professional, and kind, female employee who helped me in a timely manner. She was cooperative and quick to respond to my requests. I appreciated her positive attitude and smile. In addition, the chips at Chili's are light and have a great taste. The salsa has a good consistency and has just the right amount of "kick." I hadnt been to Chilis in over year, this particular location anyways. I was extremely impressed with the food..service, promptness and overall great experience for myself and my 10 year date (son). Everyone around me, was happy and tended to as well...food was flying out of the kitchen...and IT WAS GOOD. THIS is my very first YELP post...but the last two restaurants, I 've been to..I will name.. Flaherty's Irish Pub and Cheddar's. Not good experiences at all...twice each..we won't be returning there. But I think the "good Ole" Chili's is back!! And it showed, with a wait. Great job staff! read more
