They COACHED my 4 year old son into being sick for WHAT EVER reason and said he had pink eye and a fever and I took him to the doctor and he was perfectly fine . Why in the world would they do that ?! So he had to be out the next day because of licensing or what the F ever and said I'm not allowed to bring my other 2 perfectly "healthy" kids to daycare if I'm going to stay home with my "sick" child . I HAD to go to work . Why would i expose 2 healthy chikdren to an infectiouspink eye if I had the option . And one is an infant . And who would volunteer to babysit an infectious pink eye . Well if they are getting paid for 1 kids or 2 kids or 3 kids to go then what the F does it matter if I'm at work or not?!? They r still getting paid right !!!! Highly do not recommend this place . He picked Goddard because of the owner/director/assistant director caring attitude and the way they viewed child development. My child has learned so much and most people say she seems older than she is. I think her development accelerated because of the caring staff there and Goddard's curriculum. They both love their teachers and i hope so since they spend over 9-10 hours a day there!! More than they spend with us. They simply care about the kids. Nothing is more important than the first few years of your child's development. We highly recommend Goddard and their high standard and expectation.

Not 5 hours later the assistant to the director, has him in a chair basically facing the corner so I call and say we just had a conversation about the discipline, give me time to work with Sam ( 5 years old ) he starts yelling on the phone that I'm a bad dad and that my son is horrible even though my son has went there his entire life. To make it even worse I called corporate again and tried to speak with Kris's boss Laura Graves, and she said that it will be his last day. Blessing in disguise, I'm glad Sammy told me and he will no longer go through that. Only bright spot of that daycare is Carol Jean, the rest of that daycare has high turnover and no drug testing for the staff. Just please pay attention and talk with your children .

Again, Nancy had showed up sooner than our SCHEDULED appointment time WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I scurried to try to accommodate Nancy's early arrival. Finally, I was ready. When my son went outside to see if Nancy was still present, she was not. Nancy had left. Nancy didn't call, text or even blow smoke signals to advise that she was leaving, she just left. When I called her business to inquire as to what had happened, she had her people to lie and say that she was in a "meeting". How could you be in a meeting when we were scheduled to be in OUR meeting at the same time? The fingerprint meeting. I called and left several messages. I also sent several text messages to the line that she had called me from earlier. I never received a return reply. I was very upset as I was on a tight deadline to complete the fingerprints for my employer. THANK GOD that my employer was flexible, but man! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Nancy is unprofessional and a liar. Although, I've forgiven her, however, she is what she is and it's all done with a smile. To this day, she's never contacted me to resolve the issue or to apologize. Typically, I won't take time out to post a negative review but people need to know how unprofessional she is. One of the main reasons that I chose to post this review is because of the sensitivity of the situation. I'm in physical therapy right now for my leg. So, having her to come to me and being willing to pay an extra $250 for the mobile service on top of the regular fees was going to be a convenience that I needed at the time. The fingerprints were needed in order to retain the new position that I had accepted with my employer. My employment was attached to the fingerprints being completed. Thankfully, I was able to find a better service that cost less and that actually showed up when they were supposed to and not an entire hour early without consent like Nancy did. In conclusion, if you DO decide to patron her business, be sure to tell her from the very first moment that the scheduled time IS THE SCHEDULED TIME and do NOT SHOW UP EARLY as you WILL NOT be available. Because she'll schedule an appointment for one time but then call, text and leave messages trying to show up a whole day or so early. So, cut her off at the beginning and let her know that, the time is the time and to not try to avoid the scheduled appointment. Oh, because she did call me a day or two before the actual scheduled day asking to come over then. I advised her that I was not available and that I will need to keep my previously scheduled day and time. However, she STILL came over early on the scheduled day and caused an unfortunate situation. Do what you want, but please be aware of who and what you are dealing with. And if the prints that you need is for a job, I would ABSOLUTELY UNEQUIVOCALLY advise to not patron Nancy and her business as you could lose your job messing around with her messiness.
