When I first saw this mural of three children's faces, I was immediately interested in who these kids were and why the artist selected them. Are they random designs representing types of kids? Are they real people who the artist knows? Regardless of what the answer is, the kids are cute and bigger than life.
Placed on a bright red background, the faces look out from this south wall of a business. The artist, Andre Iglesias (Cobre), is a return contributor to the Wabash Walls mural project. His "Conductor" is a black and white mural that is a beautifully detailed close up on the north end of Wabash.
This artist can also be seen in Rensselaer at the Ren Art Walk. His highly detailed, photo real faces are very recognizable. He has also contributed the second "L" in the "Wabash Walls" mural along the railroad underpass on Wabash.
