I'm very disappointed with the quality of care my daughter received here. On one visit, I…read morepersonally witnessed one of the doctors being rough and strong-handed while working on her. I addressed it immediately, as no child should ever be treated that way--regardless of how busy or stressful someone's day may be. Beyond that incident, the overall experience felt rushed and impersonal. The practice operates more like a fast-food version of orthodontics--quick appointments, low attention to detail, and a focus on volume rather than quality care. My daughter was extremely compliant with all eating and care rules, yet her brackets repeatedly came off her teeth, which only added to our frustration and prolonged treatment. At no point did we feel that these ongoing issues were thoroughly addressed. I expected a higher standard of care and professionalism, especially when it comes to working with children. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I personally have had 2 rounds of braces over the years and most recently Invisalign - elsewhere... I wish they had been better, I really do.

There was nothing she couldn't do, everything from fillings to root canals and crowns and even extractions. Since she left this place years ago it has gone downhill with incompetence from the front office all the way to staff who apparently can't do much. I had some decay on a tooth that was under a crown from 10 years ago. They sent me to another dentist in PSL to cut the crown off and evaluate the tooth. Then they sent me to a 3rd dentist to extract the tooth. Last straw today was I had a simple appointment to get my teeth cleaned . They called yesterday and insisted I had to get them a copy of my new insurance card by 4:00 to keep my 8:30 appointment today. They could not apparently receive it digitally so I had to leave work to go home and get it and take it to them. The girl at the desk said she would call if there was an issue. No call and I show up today for my appointment. I see her and say I assume there was no problem with the insurance because you did not call me back. With that dear in the headlights look on her face she stutters no, everything is fine. I go back with dentist who asks me wait a minute there is no insurance confirmation. He comes back with this list of fees and says the front office did not verify the insurance so he does not know what they will pay for but expects me to pay the bill while they figure it out. TOTAL LIES AND INCOMPETANCE FROM START TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN, RUN FROM HERE !!!

I get 2 cleanings a year. After a full exam I first was told my appointment time was up, the second thing I was told I can only have a cleaning if they did a Deep Cleaning and also repair of two bottom teeth one replace a crown and one to do a crown. I was having No Problem with those two teeth. My estimate cost would have been over $5000.00. Again I asked about my cleaning and was refused because my appointment time was up and I needed to make appointment for deep cleaning and repair because of the Dentist Liability. I was beside myself with that answer. This is unacceptable and to rush me out. I never had that happen to me EVER just going in for my cleaning and X-rays. I am a senior but I am not stupid. Maybe they get by telling other seniors that but not me. They also post only 5 star reviews which is another Red Flag. No business in any field is perfect. BE AWARE!!!
