I have been a patient at Dr K's for over twenty-five years. She is compassionate, knowledgeable,…read moreand calls me with lab results herself. She listens, is attentive, and is very down to earth (a quality you rarely find in corporate healthcare conglomerates). Her receptionist has always been friendly. I find it very hard to believe she would be rude to anyone, much less hang up on a person. It's very lame to write a negative review when you have never been to the practice.

Her main goal seems to be to push vaccinations and other unnecessary procedures on you. That felt extremely uncomfortable. When she found out I'd seen another doctor she took away my prescription I'd gotten through her, even though it wasn't a painkiller or anything like that. I hope other patients don't have the same experience but I fear they do. The extra star is because she at least made a pretense of listening during the appointment, unlike many other physicians.

I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. I'm talking off a star because they don't accept walk ins. Overall if you're looking for a new doctor check out Marina Cutarelli. You won't be let down.

Dr. Lavi is a great Allergy and Asthma physician, you can tell he not only knows what he's talking about, but that he's passionate about it. The office was not difficult to get into as a new patient-- I was scheduled very quickly. The staff at both the Twinsburg and Fairlawn offices are always so kind and helpful. Seriously, I probably won't be changing allergists until I absolutely have to.
