I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kan and her staff. I've had bad teeth my entire life, and…read moreI hated to smile. The past few years, it had gotten so bad that I was self-conscious in social situations even eating because I didn't want my teeth to show. I'd been so nervous to go to a dentist because I hadn't been in years due to a lack of insurance and the cost, so I was so scared of what they'd need to do and of being made to feel bad for my teeth. None of that happened. Dr. Kan and her staff were so sweet and understanding. Dr. Kan was so careful and managed to save all my teeth. Something I didn't think was possible! She went so far out of her way to make me feel beautiful again and to give me a smile I could be proud to show. I never thought I'd be able to smile again unless I got dentures, but Dr. Kan completely made over my teeth with composite, and she gave me a beautiful smile without charging me a fortune. When she showed me my smile for the first time, I cried and hugged her and the hygienist! Lol I'll never go anywhere else. They have a patient for life in me. I can't thank them enough for giving me my smile back! Thank you, Dr. Kan!! I also edited to add that I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes in the waiting room. They get you in right away, and Dr. Kan has always been in the room and working on my teeth within 10 minutes of me walking in the door. That's really important to me because I have bad anxiety, and waiting in waiting rooms exacerbates it severely, so I'm very appreciative of how quickly they get you in and get to work! I recommend them to everyone I know!

I used to be quite happy. They pretty much provided help in on the days and times I needed…read more Lately, it seems they are falling apart. Not returning phone calls, out of the office, etc. My husband's bed ended up infested with bedbugs, which I believe must have been brought in from one of his caregivers, as he is bed-bound and the only time he leaves the home is to go to the doctors. He had no appointments during that time. I called the company, as a courtesy, to let them know of the issue (which most people wouldn't do because of the stigma). I sprayed the room, hired a professional company to come spray the whole house, bought new sheets and bedding. I never even insinuated for them to pay for it. The company stopped services until the issue was fixed, which I completely understood. I called them back after the bedbugs were gone to find out they had to contact the main office on how to proceed. They were supposed to call me back, never did, so I made numerous calls to them...no answer, no return message, nothing. By chance, I called back late afternoon, only to find out they canceled our contract with the VA because," we might get them again ". Seriously?!?! Told them it would have been nice for them to return my phone calls with some response!! Very unprofessional when dealing with situations!
