Said 1 of them took a loan out on property. The amount was too high for this little lot. I found 1 previous owner in the cemetery & they said to let them know if I found the other... Isnt that their job? Then they dug deep into my probate which is fine, but clearly states its all mine to disperse to sibling. They called wanting to send her check to my address. Had to get my Probate atty involved who said he would change docs for specific lot description but said they WAY OVER REACHED and had no business doing so. After that they became very quiet since theyd been scolded. Then after buyer signed and wired money I reached out to see if they needed more. They informed me they never received doc from atty so I overnighted them my hardcopy, becasue a copy wasnt good enough. I said it was good enough for you to go digging on your own. Yes I was getting snappy because they SUCKED at communication! They finally got everything done on a Thursday. Realtor calls to congratulate me and asked if Id gotten funds. I said NOPE, NOT a word from COW COUNTY Title. So I email on Monday... crickets. I text realtor at lunch who called them & they said check was delivered to my empty home moments before. I have still not heard a word, thank you, good riddance, NADA from this horrible office. This experience alone will stop me from purchasing anything in Esmeralda County.

I am so grateful we found Inspired Life. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is already overwhelming enough, and having an affordable, compassionate place to turn to made such a difference for our family. From the front desk to everyone we encountered, the entire staff was exceptional, but I especially want to recognize Marquan. He was truly an angel to our family and jumped through hoops for us at every turn. He made an incredibly difficult process so much easier, explained everything clearly, walked us through all of our options, and took care of so many things so we didn't have to. We had an issue with an incorrect cause of death after the doctor had already signed off on my mom's death certificate. We felt completely helpless trying to figure out how to reach the doctor and have it corrected. Marquan went above and beyond, contacting the doctor and the state and ultimately helping us get it fixed. I can't explain how much that meant to our family. He also worked with us when there were scheduling issues surrounding our cremation viewing and did everything he could to accommodate our family and make sure we had everything we needed. During one of the hardest times of our lives, Marquan showed us genuine compassion, patience, and kindness. I will forever be grateful that he was the person helping care for my mom and guiding our family through this process. You can tell this isn't just a job to him -- he truly cares about the families and loved ones entrusted to him. Thank you, Marquan, and everyone at Inspired Life, for treating my mom and our family with such dignity and care. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone going through the loss of a loved one.

Outstanding Finished Product and Professional Installation:…read more After months of researching security doors throughout the Las Vegas area, I decided to go with Amazing Iron Works for a completely custom front security door for my home in Pahrump. From the very beginning, I wasn't looking for a standard catalog door. I had a unique modern design in mind and wanted something that would become a true architectural feature of my home. I'll be completely honest because I believe reviews should help future customers. The communication during my project wasn't always what I had hoped for. After my initial measurements, several weeks went by without an update, and I eventually reached out to check on the status of my order. Since this was a custom project, I would have appreciated more proactive communication and a copy of the final approved design before fabrication. The biggest surprise came when I saw the door in raw steel before powder coating. I have to admit, I was genuinely concerned. Seeing unfinished steel in a fabrication shop is very different from looking at a rendering, and I wasn't convinced it was going to be what I had envisioned. I even questioned whether I had made the right decision. Thankfully...I was wrong. Once the door was powder coated in the beautiful dark copper vein finish and professionally installed, my entire opinion changed. The craftsmanship is excellent, the powder coating came out beautiful, and the installation crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. The door opens and closes as smooth as butter, the fit is excellent, and it completely transformed the appearance of my front entry. The installation team clearly took pride in their work, and it shows. Custom projects naturally come with a little anxiety because you don't truly see the finished product until the very end. In my case, the finished result exceeded my expectations, and I'm genuinely happy with the investment. I also appreciate Edgar reaching out after the installation to follow up. That meant a lot and gave me the opportunity to let him know how pleased I was with the finished product. To everyone involved in the fabrication, powder coating, and installation. Thank you. Your workmanship speaks for itself. If you're considering a custom security door and understand that every custom project is a process, I would absolutely recommend Amazing Iron Works. Thank you again for helping make the entrance to my home something I'm proud of.
