1st time selling and unsure if they are all this hard. The communication was ok at 1st. Then they dug into the past owners who were long and gone dead. Said 1 of them took a loan out on property. The amount was too high for this little lot. I found 1 previous owner in the cemetery & they said to let them know if I found the other... Isnt that their job? Then they dug deep into my probate which is fine, but clearly states its all mine to disperse to sibling. They called wanting to send her check to my address. Had to get my Probate atty involved who said he would change docs for specific lot description but said they WAY OVER REACHED and had no business doing so. After that they became very quiet since theyd been scolded. Then after buyer signed and wired money I reached out to see if they needed more. They informed me they never received doc from atty so I overnighted them my hardcopy, becasue a copy wasnt good enough. I said it was good enough for you to go digging on your own. Yes I was getting snappy because they SUCKED at communication! They finally got everything done on a Thursday. Realtor calls to congratulate me and asked if Id gotten funds. I said NOPE, NOT a word from COW COUNTY Title. So I email on Monday... crickets. I text realtor at lunch who called them & they said check was delivered to my empty home moments before. I have still not heard a word, thank you, good riddance, NADA from this horrible office. This experience alone will stop me from purchasing anything in Esmeralda County. read more

Tried to have some papers signed from an affiliate company located out-of-state. They said they would not do it. One of only a few in town. NOT accommodating; not polite. Will never use; suggest no one else does either! read more
