We arranged the ride 2 days before with dispatch and called day before to confirm. We got there in 45 minutes, No problem. After our vet visit, we texted Ernesto and we immediately got a message saying a car can be there in 42 minutes to bring us back home. Guess what, a car arrived in about an hour since it was rush hour, different driver and car. Communication was excellent. Even with the heavy traffic, driver was nice and accommodating, good air conditioning, drove fast and we got back to Brooklyn in about an hour 15 minutes.
