Food was great but when you order nuggets at .90 cents a piece, give a full nugget. Don't count small little pieces as a nugget. If you put that in the box, just throw in one extra. That's ridiculous at that price to not give full pieces. This was barely bigger than my thumb nail. And there were two like this in the box of eight. read more

Chick-fil-A - Counted as a nugget. Barely bigger than my thumb nail. - Fast Food Near Me - San Bernardino, California

The food tasted fresh, the ordering process was simple, and the experience at this location is fantastic. 10/10

Drive thru for some reason takes forever here. And for the first time in my chick fila life, they got my order wrong. I was shocked. I asked for a breakfast bowl with sausage and got a chicken bowl. I asked for jelly, didnt get it. It's definitely not a chick fila thing, it's just this location. read more

Amazing service very helpful and understanding. Had a gift card sent from corporate and they helped with it. read more

The girl at the drive thru pick up window was so rude to us. I didn't see her name tag because she was wearing a jacket but she has glasses, bangs and an insane amount of blush on her cheeks. She literally rolled her eyes at us for asking for ketchup???? That was such a disturbing to experience. read more

Finally tried the MOBILE THRU at this chick fil a. I gotta say, it wasn't great. I placed my order then left to the location to get it fast... or so I thought. I get there - There were about 5 cars in drive thru & about 3 cars in my line MOBILE THRU. When it was my turn (about 4 minutes in), they asked me to park in their VIP section to the right side. I waited about 15 minutes there to get my food where I repeatedly saw cars in regula le drive thru get their food. I counted about 10 cars after I parked and it made me regret the MOBILE THRU option. Next time, I'll just go through regular drive thru. The food itself and the workers there are great! No complaints there, just that wait was horrible. Also, there is construction happening on the Main Street so getting on the freeway a horrible wait too! Not cool but that's not their fault, just keep that in mind when you go to this location as of 6/2025. read more

Chick Fil A is a brand that is well- known for its politeness, efficiency and commitment to exceptional customer service, but not at this location! Apparently, no one clued in the employees at this newer location that customer service is supposed to be part of the brand culture. The workers here - including their leads - have no problem being rude to customers. The Yelp two-star rating does not surprise me. They overcharged me in the drive-thru and made me wait to the side for about 15 minutes while they fixed the error they made and then returned my money with no explanation or apology, not even from the supervisor. I had 30 minutes for lunch that day and I spent half of it waiting. Cold food, rude employees and overcharges are the culture here. Don't go there unless you enjoy being treated rudely. It is definitely NOT their pleasure to serve anyone. read more

Woohoo!!! A Chick-fil-A in San Bernardino!!! My first visit was excellent. All of the food I ordered was fresh. The chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich were spot on. The waffle fries were nice and fresh. The iced tea was refreshing. Definitely a good first impression and I will return. The drive thru has two lines. The inside dining area is nice and clean. There is also a big parking lot. If you have not been to a Chick-Fil-A, they offer delicious chicken meals. Chicken sandwiches, nuggets, chicken strips, salads, macaroni, and desserts. I will update my review if needed. read more

I had a disappointing experience here. I accidentally went into the mobile order line when I actually had a carryout order. As soon as I got to the window, I apologized for the mistake because it was an honest misunderstanding. What bothered me was the way I was treated afterward. Isaiah, the co-owner's son, rolled his eyes and said to the employee helping me, "Why should we get it? They should get down and get it themselves." He then rolled his eyes again. The attitude and comment felt unnecessary, especially since I had already apologized for the mistake. I do want to give credit where it's due. The other employee who was helping me was actually very kind and professional. Tho I didn't get her name. (She had braids) She told me it was okay and that mistakes happen, which helped lighten the mood. She even called Isaiah out for being disrespectful, which I appreciated. That employee handled the situation much better and showed the level of customer service I would expect. Everyone makes simple mistakes, and I don't think customers should be made to feel embarrassed or disrespected over an honest misunderstanding. If the owner sees this review, I hope they have a conversation with their son about treating customers with a little more patience and respect. The kindness of the employee who helped me prevented the experience from being even worse, but Isaiah's behavior left a negative impression and unfortunately affected my overall experience. And I will NOT be coming here again, due to ISAIAH. read more

I just don't think it's right to have one lane for the drive-thru when there's two lanes and the mobile order Lane everybody's getting into and I don't see them scanning at the mobile app so in my opinion some of these are not mobile orders and then they're having to put their order in at the window and it's holding everyone up this is probably going to be the last time I come to a Chick-fil-A if you're going to have priority customers then both lanes need to be open because everyone has places to go and places to be. read more

If you're closes early please close your lines. Got there almost 15 mins before closing waited behind someone with a massive order. Just to get to the window at 12 on the dot to be told their closed. Idk if that's staff not thinking. But I could've spent my time a lot better and went somewhere that could serve me. read more

BEST Chick-fil-A!!!! The staff goes over and beyond to make sure food is fresh, hot and high quality. There is plenty of parking, conveniently located near 215 freeway and shopping centers. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and we noticed staff taking extra time to sanitize the play area. The extra detail to cleanliness and service goes a long way and im soo happy for this team. The bar has been set very high and I recommend this location for all families. Side note: The location promotes unity within the community hosting activities and events and for all ages. Some activities include Movie night, arts & craft etc. read more

I ordered some breakfast food and it turned out to be dry and overcooked. I was offered free food for the mistake, but I don't trust them after this. The service was okay. I entered the wrong drive through line and was laughed at. That was my fault, but still. Overall ambience is good. Be mindful of what you order. Could be good, or really bad. read more

Came here earlier tonight, my cousin ordered in the mobile app and manager Raven was completely unhelpful in handling an issue we had with our online order. Don't even bother ordering online, managers can only help if you order in store. Chick-fil-A food is all the same but do NOT come to this location. read more

By far the worst location around! Don't even bother with mobile order you'll get stuck in a line of cars. The worker had to walk down to ten cars and brought me my food. I placed a mobile order Saturday evening for a Spicy Deluxe Meal, I asked for no pickles, no tomatoes, and no lettuce. I got my sandwich and as I was biting into it I tasted pickles, I opened up the sandwich and there were 2 pickles in my sandwich. I took off the pickles and there was a hair underneath the pickles. Double homicide. I was just disappointed because I really wanted to eat my Spicy Deluxe. Be careful!! I still gave stars because the drive thru employee had good customer service! read more

This location is not it. 2nd time is the charm and I'm done. Went to give them another chance and ordered a grilled chicken club. Was very specific that all I wanted verbatim was chicken, cheese, and the bacon. No tomato or lettuce. And they managed to yet again screw up. Times I go there and there's nothing but kids goofing and just talking in the drive thru. Almost $20 for a meal that delivers cold waffle fries and incorrect items. read more

Horrible customer service. First and last time at this location. Pulled up for the drive through, only to discover there is another entrance. Pulled out of the parking lot into the drive through entrance. After waiting in line, was informed that it was a mobile order only line. Like the entrance, there weren't lit signs indicating such. Was told I had to go through the line, then back around in order to place an order, after already waiting 20 minutes. Management and employees were rude, lacking any professional communication or customer service skills. read more

Really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and even a year later, their customer service is horrible. I have worked in retail and fast food for years so I truly understand matching customers energy when they are rude and obnoxious but why treat nice customers like trash?!?! I pulled into the drive thru and said hi to the worker and she said "pull forward, what do you want to eat". Then throughout my time ordering she's cutting me off. I stayed nice and told her to have a good day and she looked at me and walked away. I realized that they forgot my sauce so I went inside and at least 5 employees see me try to ask for them and all continue to walk past me. And I wasn't even rude. I said please and thank you and there was no interaction from them. No one's asking you to have a full on conversation with customers, just a hello would be nice. read more

Worker named Amy was rude and dismissive. Was not a pleasure at all. She let me drive off then yelled and asked if I was done ordering.

Update: I gave them a try again since it has been my pregnancy craving. They got my order wrong AGAIN. When we took it back they said they are no longer serving breakfast. We were just there. Now I remember why I would take the longer trip to the one in Rialto. read more

It's crazy how we're hiring kids to be managers and to take them as professionals and they can't complete simple tasks. Apply simple manners. Understand the importance of customer service and work ethic. Display disrespect as a habit. My order was missing 6 nuggets. Another time my chic minis were made with the most disgusting over battered bread. Kids today, it's a shame. Good thing the inside looks nice. That's about it. read more

I love Chick-fil-A but this location is not it. The workers are not nice as you're use to. No matter if you place your order online and the drive thru is empty you will be there waiting at least 10 min. But the worse is when you order for delivery, I've ordered 3 times and never receive ANY sauces no matter how many notes and special requests I add. A Chick-fil-A sandwich without the sauce literally taste the same as a dry gas station sandwich sadly. If I'm paying $30+ for ONE combo I should at least expect to get ketchup read more

The workers are extremely lazy and stingy. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato and I received tomato. I ordered multiple chick fil a sauces and only received 2 along with a honey bbq packet. And the fries were only filled up halfway read more

The food was great, however my issue is the cashier. Name tag said Amy but name on receipt said Alexis. So while my husband and I went up to order, she was filling drinks and everything which was fine. As soon as she said hi, we said hi back but then she says you came up to me before I was ready. Instead of saying hi can you hold on a minute she like blamed us for trying to order. I just felt it was unnecessary comment and as someone who struggles with anxiety it just rubbed me the wrong way. read more

My partner and I are both emts and we had a long call, so we decided to grab a bite to eat there, as to most places we go to they offer a first responders discount without us asking, and we did NOT receive one, in which we don't go around begging for but it is definitely appreciated to receive especially after a long 12-16 hour shift, the girl that had took our order was rude towards us and the energy was negative on her end, I thought chic fil a had high standards on their customer service?
