Anyone that knows me (or read my reviews) knows I'm HUGE on Chick-Fil-A. So it pains me to write this review for my neighborhood restaurant. I visited on a Saturday night and it was busy as one would expect on weekend. There were 2 lines and they were about 4 people in each line. The orders were being taken quickly by the friendly staff. The only problem was that the orders were taking forever to come out. Eventually the order came out ok but there were a lot of people in the lobby also waiting a while too. I waited between 7-10 minutes for my meal once it was ordered. The staff was very young and I don't recall seeing anyone that looked over 25 working this shift. I don' t know if maybe that was the issue but the staff seemed a little disorganized. One side of the station for the napkins was completely empty (which should never happen at a fast food place). As I sat to eat, I noticed the lobby was still full with people waiting for their meals. I don't know if it was a problem with the cooks being understaffed but the restaurant had a cluttery feel to it. I'd give this a 2.5 stars if I could because the food was good and the service was friendly. But I've had better experiences at Chick-Fil-A. read more

This location is very clean and they take care of their customers. We went here for Family night on a Tuesday. I believe you purchase a combo you get a kids 4 piece nugget meal for FREE. I love how they really take care of their customers. The employees walk around to make sure the customers are okay or if they need a refill or anything! Chick-Fil-A is very tasty. I love traveling home from another country via a Southern airport. I run to the food court. It's cozy, comfy (salty fatty) food. The quality is high, and the service is consistent. They no likey the gays and are a right-wing leaning company. Yeah, I know. So what. This gay boy likes that chicken. That said, be warned before you go to this location. This may be the worst shopping center to get in and out of in all of America. (I say this about every shopping center in Broward County). Seriously, there are two ways to get in and out. I recommend "going out of your way" a bit to the "back entrance". Head north on Dykes (tee hee) from Miramar and turn right at the Bank of America. This will bring you to a back entrance. Otherwise, you will be taking your life in your hands trying to get out of the "main entrance". I've always gotten exceptional service at this Chick-Fil-A, especially in the drive-thru. Tuesday nights are "family nights" so, if you get your Chick-Fil-Urge on a Tuesday, prepare to share the experience with a bunch of 6-year-olds wielding nuggets with streams of Polynesian sauce running down their dirty, chicken-lovin forearms. Everyone loves Chich-fil-A the line wraps around 6 days a week. The service is amazing and everyone is friendly and attentive to the customers. I visit this particular store 3 times a week. My only complaint is when they don't have lemonade available. I feel they should always be able to provide lemonade. read more

I have been to this location a few times for breakfast as well as lunch and while almost all Chic-Fil-A's are relatively the same but I find this one to be a bit rude. We need more Chik-Fil-A restaurants in Miami-Dade & Broward! When this one opened last year I went almost every day for lunch. The restaurant staff actually came over to our office complex in Miramar during their grand opening and handed out FREE Chik-Fil-A sandwiches and FREE breakfast coupons to everyone that came by. It was the only truly free lunch I can remember having at work, ever. I still eat lunch here about once every week and have never been dissappointed. The drive through is fast and the service is better than any other fast food restaurant I have been to in Miramar. Breakfast is actually my favorite meal even though you can't go wrong with pretty much anything from their lunch menu. I've eaten many meals here and have never been disappointed. My favorite breakfast order is the mini chicken/biscuit bites - add a little honey for an extra treat! And their waffle fries for lunch and dinner can't be beat. The inside of the store is clean and the drive-thru service is quick. Horrible service! I ordered my food got my receipt showing my order and approval code for the amount. Sat down and 10 minutes later the manager, who had taken my order scream my name and said rudely that my card didn't show up and I needed to repay. No nicely coming to my table asking if I had the receipt , he has to scream the issue to the entire issue to the whole store. I went back up with him and showed him both my receipt and the statement on my phone showing it had gone through. Clearly it was their issue . Yet no apology no nothing , just oh don't worry about it then. I wasn't worried as I had clear proof that they were in the wrong. The waffle fries here are amazing!!! Not really your typical fast food chain. The food here isn't as greasy and you don't have the gloom feeling after you eat here. I go for the chargrilled chicken wrap its delicious. The nuggets here are irresistable but not so much as the fries. Which may be my second favorite side only to Sonics tots. Cheated me with the fries that were supposed to be a medium and the quantity was a small in a medium container. I always notice the longest line at this Chick-fil-A, but figured it moved quick like some others that I've eaten at. However, tonight I am in the drive through line and it is slow as a turtle. I sat in line outside the parking lot (that's how long the line is) and made it inside the parking lot 12 minutes later. Not to mention, I'm still sitting in the drive through line and feel like they need to learn ways to move the line along much quicker than this. People outside taking the orders, other people by the drive through window to move orders along....they have to do something. I can't sit in a line like this for fast food. There's nothing fast about it. It took me a total of 25 minutes from start to finish in the drive through line....also, once I made the order that's when I found out they had no more lemonade for the rest of the night....this was at 7:49, but they close at 10pm.
