I am new in town and moved just in time for staying-at-home. This Chik-fil-A is even better than the locations in my previous home state. The food is great and is super hot. It even stays hot long enough to finish which is unusual because in my experience fries start getting lukewarm before you finish them at other fast food places. The line looks long but it moves quick so don't abandon it and head to Del Taco like we did on my birthday (sorry Del Taco but you were sloppy and mediocre back home too). The staff has risen to the new occasion. I have to hand it to them, standing out there in the hot sun or the cold rain with their masks on to take my order and escort me through the line. You are heroes. read more

I have not been to a Chic Filet in years. I genetically don't eat meat or chicken but I was craving something spicy. The dual lane drive thru was backed up so I simply parked and went inside. Pleasantly, I was the only person at the counter. My order was taken by an incredibly pleasant, friendly and chatty woman named Ace. Her badge said "crew trainer" and I surely understand why. Ace has incredible interpersonal skills. My spicy chicken sandwich, fries and iced tea were ready in five minutes. I ordered some nuggets for dogs as well. I took the food back to my car and thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich. It was hot, fresh and tasty. The building and the parking lot were clean and well maintained. Parking was simple and this particular restaurant is located in a nice, safe area of town. read more

We do not usually eat at fast food places. But the chicken and waffle sandwich here caught our eye. Sounded good, but was not. The failing was the waffle. The chicken was good, the bacon was good. That waffle was not. It was floppy. Not crisp. It had no structure to really hold the entire sandwich together. A big disappointment. The. Inner side of the waffle was flat, specially made for a sandwich, but did not do the job. I will recommend against this sandwich for anyone who truly knows what a waffle should be like and desires such from this sandwich. I won't be buying another that's for sure. read more

I'm not sure why the reviews for this place are so bad. The food is standard to all other chick fil a restaurants and the service is in the drive through is fast (only takes about 5 minutes). Maybe i've been lucky when I get in line but they always have lots of staff to help. The inside is nice and standard to all chick fil a restaurants. read more

Amazing service thanks to the staff and Sam P the shift leader.! Helped me out even when it wasn't right on my part... thanks again

I have been coming to this location since it opened...Have never had anything but excellent food and excellent service.....

Ever hear of a Chick-fil-A be out of egg for breakfast?! I had put in a mobile order in at 10 am and showed up a few minutes later and they ran out of egg. How does that happened? They couldn't make more? Crazy. I ended up going to McDonalds. I thought Chick-fil-A had higher standards and service. Apparently not at this location. I won't be back for breakfast. read more

I've never had any issues with chick fil an until now, came to visit Colorado from Florida and my husband wanted some chick fil a. I go through drive through, get the order, drive back to the Airbnb that was 40 minutes away so my husband opens his order to a club sandwich WITHOUT THE CHICKEN! We were so pissed off, how can you forget to put the main ingredient, we just received a sandwich with lettuce, tomato and one slice of bacon, also no cheese was added. Mind you there was only two people in line, me and the car in front of me, so can't even excuse that they were on a busy hour. read more

Oh my God! Higher people that can do their job. This job is not that hard. First the guy picks my dressing for my meal and then when I ask for something he says oh I gave you this. And I expressed well that's not what I want and he expressed. I need to change it at the window myself Then they don't give any of the dipping sauce I requested for my kid they didn't give us straws for our drinks nor napkins. I didn't know I would have to ask and basically do their job for them. Let's hope the food is at least better than the service and attention from these kids that are working here. read more

Food is good. Service was good. But it's super disappointing that the A/C is broken in the play place. It's been broken for so long that the rubber is curling. You would think they would just prop the door open but NO it's closed so it's a sauna and smells so terribly! read more

So great to see the covered drive thru area with fans for the employees that have to work outside! Bravo to this company that cares about their employees! Great customer service as always! Tried the season HONEY PIMIENTO chicken sandwich and love the southern twang to the usual sammy. Would definitely love to see it year long. Did not try their seasonal Fall caramel crumble shake but hopefully I can make it before it disappears from the menu! read more

Don't bother with curbside pick up. It is complete dog shit. Waited 15 minutes with my food got cold

My wife and went to the drive-through this morning on a Saturday morning at 10 o'clock as we pulled in the guy came up to take our order and we notified him that we needed to see the menu as we approached the menu a female that approached the car and told them to shut off the speaker to the ordering box she proceeded to force us to order rushing us and make it seem like we were wasting her time we ordered quickly and then she tell us our total and stick her hand out. She was very rude for no reason i've been Chick-fil-A numerous times thousands of dollars never have I once ever been treated like this in a drive-through the worst experience I've ever had. I will not be back. I will take my family and business elsewhere. Also the Food was terrible my hash-browns were harder than a rock and my Chicken Minis were Soggy. read more

This location has continually gone down hill but today was the final straw for me. Chicken was not fully cooked and I asked for no cheese on my sandwich but it came with cheese anyway. And my side salad was full of slimy old lettuce. Yuck! The only positive, I was able to get my refund quickly read more

I've never seen a location get an order wrong 4 times in a row. You guys need to get it together

I love Chick-fil-A. Every time and every location I go into any location, people are always so nice and friendly. I never thought that I would enjoy a chicken sandwich that had pickles on it but I honestly I do and I crave it. I also love that they give their employees a day off, a day of rest. I WOULD recommend this restaurant because the food has always been great, It is probably my favorite fast food. read more

We love Chick-fil-A! This location has always been great. Not today! The general manager(?) wasn't in today and it showed. 7:30 in the morning and the condiment area was empty. While trying to get some sauce, 3 employees made eye contact at the counter then completely ignored us. The food was cold. We didn't have time to wait for fresh food. read more

By far my favorite location. They never miss a beat, I'm always less than satisfied at any other location. Most locations are filled with kids with one has people who care read more

Ordered a salad and didn't get the dressing I ordered. Ordered a sandwich meal--got the fries, drink and condiments, but no sandwich. So now Chick-fil-A took my money, with no goods delivered--I've paid for a sandwich which I'll never get. If I took a sandwich without paying, that would be stealing. Really really disappointing and unfair. read more

Never been to a badly run chickfila until I came to this one. First chickfila to get my orders wrong multiple times. Had the manager give me a rude look one time just because I ordered a small milkshake but they charged me for a large. My mom from out of town went here and without me even saying anything said this was the worst chickfila she has ever been to. Needs new management, staff always seems frantic. read more

i love chick-fil-a, i go all the time but the recently released their new " insulated cup" . This cup is advertised as a medium when in reality It's a size small. if you look at the bottom of the cup you can see that there is about an inch of nothing. i have no issues with this location in particular but i think it's a scam! if you look at the images, you can see the space at the bottom of the cup. In the other image, you can see that if you remove the outside layer, the cup is actually smaller. Both of these cups are a size medium. read more

Thee absolute worst customer service I've experienced at a CFA.... Rushed. Wrong order and cold...

If I can give this location negative stars I would. I show up there's a huge line okay fine there is always a line but my issue is after sitting in line for 25 plus minutes they say they have no food for me and to park across the street. Mind you it's so packed there is cars wrapped about to almost Olive Garden.I finally am able to park and wait another 15 minutes they bring me the wrong food took 3 tries to get me the right food it was cold and soggy a huge waste of 20 bucks cold nasty soggy food that took a extreme amount of time to get I will never give them my time of day again this place is gone way down hill and it's a accident waiting to happen with how they handle the cars please don't waste ur money on this location go to a different one or just hit the mc Donald's down the road read more

I eat here just to annoy social justice warriors. Literally no other reason. It's (supposedly) a Christian company, and a few years back there was a fiasco with the CEO saying something that SJWs didn't like. And that is still the best thing I can say about this company. I definitely don't understand this perverse chicken obsession. Why do this? Beef is what's for dinner! These people are making burgers out of a second-rate meat and charging premium prices for it! You gotta be kidding me! And THIS location... crowded, always busy, bad parking lot design. And apparently they have some scheme to pay employees to take your order in the parking lot on an ipad... wierd... I'll always support Christian companies, particularly when they help me annoy SJWs... but let's just say I'm looking forward to In n' Out Burger moving to Colorado so I can still annoy SJWs while consuming a proper animal! read more

We have frequented this location for quite some time. They have consistently great. We are extra grateful for them right now and how hard and efficient they are working. I've been going here for several years and it keeps getting worse. Service is always fast and friendly, but they consistently forget items. I've had missing meals, to which I drive back for with no real apology, and today they forgot salad dressing. Sure I should check my bag, but usually with Chick-fil-a I don't have to. I would suggest going to the Kipling location. read more

I don't even know why I keep coming to this location fries cold they forget something every time I'm here. I'm over it. Maybe it's a sign from the universe to stop eating "hate on a plate. I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A in Littleton off Wadsworth & Belleview for the past 3 years. I'm allergic to eggs and I've always been able to have them removed from my Cobb salad. The last three times I've come they've told me they don't have enough staff to accommodate the request, but I've had to sit in the drive-through line for 30 minutes until I find out. Horrible customer service asked for a manager they sent out a 16-year-old shift lead who couldn't help me and literally blew me off. I called corporate they didn't seem to care either??? I thought this company focused on family values and really cared about their customers by providing excellent customer service this particular location is definitely not a representation of those values!!! **** extremely disappointed read more

Always such a rip off. Nothing is ever full, the staff is consistently forgetful, and the long lines that take way too long to go through make it impossible to get food fixed when it's wrong. There's no need to have so many people on staff when they're all standing around with nothing to do. Not worth it anymore! read more
