I have not been to a Chic Filet in years. I genetically don't eat meat or chicken but I was craving something spicy. The dual lane drive thru was backed up so I simply parked and went inside. Pleasantly, I was the only person at the counter. My order was taken by an incredibly pleasant, friendly and chatty woman named Ace. Her badge said "crew trainer" and I surely understand why. Ace has incredible interpersonal skills. My spicy chicken sandwich, fries and iced tea were ready in five minutes. I ordered some nuggets for dogs as well. I took the food back to my car and thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich. It was hot, fresh and tasty. The building and the parking lot were clean and well maintained. Parking was simple and this particular restaurant is located in a nice, safe area of town. read more

I'm not sure why the reviews for this place are so bad. The food is standard to all other chick fil a restaurants and the service is in the drive through is fast (only takes about 5 minutes). I've never had any issues with chick fil an until now, came to visit Colorado from Florida and my husband wanted some chick fil a. I go through drive through, get the order, drive back to the Airbnb that was 40 minutes away so my husband opens his order to a club sandwich WITHOUT THE CHICKEN! We were so pissed off, how can you forget to put the main ingredient, we just received a sandwich with lettuce, tomato and one slice of bacon, also no cheese was added. Oh my God! Higher people that can do their job. This job is not that hard. First the guy picks my dressing for my meal and then when I ask for something he says oh I gave you this. And I expressed well that's not what I want and he expressed. My wife and went to the drive-through this morning on a Saturday morning at 10 o'clock as we pulled in the guy came up to take our order and we notified him that we needed to see the menu as we approached the menu a female that approached the car and told them to shut off the speaker to the ordering box she proceeded to force us to order rushing us and make it seem like we were wasting her time we ordered quickly and then she tell us our total and stick her hand out. She was very rude for no reason i've been Chick-fil-A numerous times thousands of dollars never have I once ever been treated like this in a drive-through the worst experience I've ever had. This location has continually gone down hill but today was the final straw for me. Chicken was not fully cooked and I asked for no cheese on my sandwich but it came with cheese anyway. I am new in town and moved just in time for staying-at-home. This Chik-fil-A is even better than the locations in my previous home state. The food is great and is super hot. It even stays hot long enough to finish which is unusual because in my experience fries start getting lukewarm before you finish them at other fast food places. The line looks long but it moves quick so don't abandon it and head to Del Taco like we did on my birthday (sorry Del Taco but you were sloppy and mediocre back home too). The staff has risen to the new occasion. I have to hand it to them, standing out there in the hot sun or the cold rain with their masks on to take my order and escort me through the line. i love chick-fil-a, i go all the time but the recently released their new " insulated cup" . This cup is advertised as a medium when in reality It's a size small. if you look at the bottom of the cup you can see that there is about an inch of nothing. i have no issues with this location in particular but i think it's a scam! if you look at the images, you can see the space at the bottom of the cup. In the other image, you can see that if you remove the outside layer, the cup is actually smaller. Both of these cups are a size medium. read more

Never been to a badly run chickfila until I came to this one. First chickfila to get my orders wrong multiple times. Had the manager give me a rude look one time just because I ordered a small milkshake but they charged me for a large. I show up there's a huge line okay fine there is always a line but my issue is after sitting in line for 25 plus minutes they say they have no food for me and to park across the street. The service is horrible at this location. They don't even let you look at the menu. The worker is standing outside before the menus and rushes you to order without even giving you an opportunity to look at the menu or think about what you want. I didn't even end up ordering anything because I was so rushed throughout the entire experience. Definitely recommend any other location! read more

I've had missing meals, to which I drive back for with no real apology, and today they forgot salad dressing. Sure I should check my bag, but usually with Chick-fil-a I don't have to. I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A in Littleton off Wadsworth & Belleview for the past 3 years. I'm allergic to eggs and I've always been able to have them removed from my Cobb salad. The last three times I've come they've told me they don't have enough staff to accommodate the request, but I've had to sit in the drive-through line for 30 minutes until I find out. Horrible customer service asked for a manager they sent out a 16-year-old shift lead who couldn't help me and literally blew me off. I called corporate they didn't seem to care either???
