The finest in fast food IMHO. This is a chain that in my mind is doing everything right. Please do your own comparison between these restaurants and all the others. Notice the cleanliness of the stores. Also the cleanliness of the employees. How they greet you with a smile. No tattoos or wild hairdos. The food is terrific. Who doesn't like fried chicken? For those health conscious they also have grilled chicken too. I personally love the spicy chicken and pepper jack cheese with lettuce and tomato on a wheat bun. (Notice how healthy I make it) Their chicken nuggets and strips are very good too. Great chicken noodle soup and coleslaw. I like how they offer lemonade and also diet lemonade. Wonderful shakes too, try one of their peach shakes, Mmmmmm. The service is the best in this fast food world. They bring your meal to you! They will come around while you're eating and ask if you would like a refill. All this with their signature "it's my pleasure." Nice play area for the kids, where you can observe the little ones behind glass which mutes their laughter. If I could, I'd give it 4 1/2 stars. 1/2 star off for the limited menu. read more

This is where I go if I want to grab something quick to take back to the office. I normally get the Asian salad. I am addicted to it. I don't know what it is, but there was like a week where I went there 3 times for the salad. The drive thru can get pretty backed up usually, but the line goes quick. The management and the staff are the most friendly, polite people I've ever had to interact with at a fast food restaurant. I know most of it is scripted (they all say "My pleasure" at the end of everything) but it all seems very genuine lol. Manager always takes the time to say hi to me out the window, she remembers me from previous visits lol! It's very thoughtful though. So Asian salad- YUM. I got food poising from eating a biscuit and chicken sandwich for breakfast. I contacted the store to tell them that I had food poising that I had to leave school because of it. And all they had to say is that they will tell their insurance about it and when I asked them if I can get a refund from the food (you know since I got sick and I had to stay hole because of it) they said that they don't do that. Chick-fil-A is the best and sometimes there will be long lines. We know that. Well it was 40 min before closing and we knew we were excited we made it! Our kids were starving and we were getting ready for a long road trip ahead. So we decided the wait in the carline would be fine. When we got to 15- 20 minutes before closing we called them in the carline and asked if they were going to turn away cars. The lady told us whoever was under the building would be served and the rest turned away. So that meant we made it!! The last 20 minutes the cars moved verrrryyyyy slowly. Felt like they were waiting until closing so they could turn everyone away. Well we waited 40 minutes in total and finally we reached the window to give our order. Once we reached it a lady came out and said we had to leave. I told her that our kids are starving, we've been waiting for 40 minutes, we called and they said we were fine.... She said it didn't matter and they could not serve us. Exactly on the dot of closing time. Coincidentally. Soooo extremely disappointed. I wish someone would have put up a sign a lot earlier, so we didn't wait for 40 minutes just to be turned away. The meat on your sandwiches are hidden inside the buns and your fries are half full! This is the only location that is so bad! If I had not had a frosted lemonade at another location I would've never had another one because yours are so poorly made! I ordered two 4-count kids meals (only received one) two salads (did not receive any dressing for either of them) and on one salad I specifically asked for NO TOMATO AND NO CORN. What did I get? EXTRA tomato and corn. My daughter is ALLERGIC to corn and does not like tomatoes! She is 6 years old! Tried calling the restaurant and could not reach them. Tried the catering option in calling and we got through to someone that ALSO "could not reach the restaurant at this time." Then reluctantly gave us an email to corporate. read more

Food was delicious, but the service was bad. The line for drive-thru was wrapped all the way around the building so I went inside. There were at least 10 workers behind the counter, most of them just standing and chit-chatting and some of them were chatting with friends across the counter while I was waiting for my food. I go to this location so much that they know me and my dogs by name so I really hate posting this, however my breakfast order this morning was awful. First off I ordered chicken minis but I got a box of hashbrowns instead. I also ordered an English muffin with egg and cheese on it, English muffin was not toasted AT ALL ( FYI an untoasted English muffin is like eating rubber) and the sandwich was cold. Pretty sure this is the one I went to, at least, what's left of the receipt says so. I was looking for the beach on my last day in Florida and hadn't eaten. I'm driving, driving...driving when I finally decide I need to turn around and just head to the airport. On my right I spot a Chick-Fil-A and seeing as how I used to hear about this place somewhat frequently and my stomach was rumbling I figured it was time to see if this place lived up to the hype. First off, drive-thru line was long but quick. Second, the girl taking my order was so polite. I don't know if it's their thing, or because I was in Florida and the south is supposedly naturally nicer (which, for the most part is true)....but she brought a smile to my day, which was much needed. Third, the food was good! Before this I would only eat fast food chicken if I was drunk, because a drunk me thinks chicken nuggets are the best thing ever, but most times I was smart enough to not eat nuggets because I'd pay for it the next day. Well, it's a good thing there's no Chick-Fil-A by me because a drunk me would always think their nuggets are a good idea. I love Chick-fil-A, but this location left food out of my order twice in one month. Although they do give you what you ordered if you have time to go back to the location, they do not have any intentions to refund your meal. Even after talking to the manager, who was quite patronizing, Talbot would not refund my meal. Being from Canada, this was the 1st time we tried this fast food restaurant. It was a convenient walk from our hotel and they served breakfast. We ordered the chicken fingers and sandwiches and all were tasty. I even loved their breakfast chicken sandwich. I loved their sweet iced tea and enjoyed the free refills. I come from South Florida where even though my local Chick-fil-A was always packed, there was always absolutely stellar service. They never missed a beat. Attentive, kind, and trained very well. Upon coming up here to Pinellas County, however, I have to say that I have been pretty underwhelmed. My kids school has a Chick-fil-A on the way so I find myself stopping off to get a couple snacks before picking them up and generally Service is OK, but this last time I have to say that I left a little frustrated. I was finishing up my mobile order to be picked up curbside because the drive-through line was pretty long and it was cold and dreary outside and I also have an 18 month old. I always appreciated the curbside service (& it's easier to get my points and pay with my app) and so as I pulled in I saw that there were two cars in the curbside delivery spaces... Which I understand, it can get busy. But what baffled me was the fact that those cars were EMPTY! So the layout of the property is where you have to circle the entire building and come around again because otherwise you would block traffic in waiting for those spaces to open up. I had not pressed the button in the app that said "prepare my order" yet, And thank goodness because if I did... Where would I have been able to even get my food?? I finally saw one gentleman come out and then get in his car in curbside and leave; about 5 min later The owners of the other car that was parked in the curbside space came out... And I think were eating in their car for an extra 5-10 minutes before they pulled out. Now I'm not blaming CFA for people parking in those spots. I understand that it's busy and they are Occupied fulfilling orders inside. What I wish though, is that somehow the curbside spots could be regulated or paid attention to just a little bit more so that the service is available to those who frequent the place and appreciate the option. I ended up coming inside and although my cashier was nice, she wasn't especially attentive as there was another customer next to me with an issue and she seemed more interested in that. I did end up asking the employees what I should do next time I have a mobile order For curbside delivery and the spaces are filled, where should I go?? And there were some other spots they said that they would probably check on the other side of the building. All in all I think it would be better to have more Spaces maybe dedicated to curbside delivery. Also in times past when I did go in with my little one, the kids play area wasn't as clean as I'm used to... And warm water for handwashing is a nice touch in the restrooms. My Chick-fil-A in South Florida knocked it out of the park every time, I just assumed all Chick-fil-A's would be the same, but I'm sadly mistaken. :( read more

I explained to her that I don't need to join the line because it was obvious that I wouldn't get my food in my allotted time based off the length of the line. I very rarely ever visit a chick fil a location and will continue to stay away. I decided to stop by tonight to get a peach shake. I ordered a large peach shake and a spicy chicken sandwich only to be told they only have small shakes, ok that's fine. I pay and pull around. Even though they were quick when I get around to get my food they didn't have the shake ready. I open the sandwich and noticed it didn't look like the spicy. I asked the guy in the drive thru and he said it was a regular one. I told him I had asked for a spicy chicken sandwich. He tells the person inside and tells them I opened the sandwich and touched it. He then asked me for the sandwich back and said they had to throw it away. I said if you're going to throw it away I'll just keep it. The manager then tells me to give them the sandwich back so they could give me the correct one I ordered. I said that's not very good customer service when you gave me the wrong sandwich which I touched and now you want it back to just throw it away?! Yeah definitely not the standard when it comes to the chick fil a customer service. They made the mistake, they should go above and beyond to correct it. read more

I went during lunch. The line were packed, tables were full, and drive thru was out to the street. This location has the fastest service compared to any place ive been to. Waiting to order in less than 2 minutes. Got my food in less than 3 minutes and we had clean tables to sit it. Mints are provided after each meal. read more
