Came in for a quick bite. The whole place was packed but they still did an excellent job with service and cleanliness. My food was great. Got to see the cow mascot parading about. read more

Do not use the mobile drive thru!!!!!! It takes 5 times longer..... you guys have been warned!

Absolutely terrible. Mobile drive thru is a nightmare. Goes much slower than regular line!! Should not take 30 mins to get food at a drive thru. I watched employees go back-and-forth to cars because original orders were incorrect. I didn't get a straw for my drink and fries were only half full in container. Poor. And there should be a way to get out of line if necessary.. read more

It's really really too bad nobody at this Chick-fil-A *or* Chick-fil-A corporate apparently gives a tinker's dam about service any longer. For this location, they've gone from 5 star reviews to lots of 1s and 2s for a couple of simple reasons. Chief among the issues is the speed of service now - or lack thereof. This restaurant was consistently fast and always accurate with orders in the past. Once again, after leaving a sub par review, I gave them another chance today. By 8:15 in the morning there really shouldn't be a backup of vehicles in both the drive thru order and the line for cars using the app. (BTW, it's totally a roll of the dice which line will be faster - don't depend on it being whichever one you're in!) But yes, one again there was an extended wait in both lines. When we finally got up to the window , we were handed our drinks and the food and we pulled out. It goes against my grain to be 'that guy' who jacks around with his bag and drink without moving the car. Once we got on Germantown my wife finally found straws in our own glovebox after GETTING NONE for our drinks in the bag! (Just once, I'd like to haul one of these clowns at this Chick-fil-A out of the restaurant and make THEM have to keep a full cup without spilling the drink in traffic when THEY are forced to not have a straw) But I digress. It was a simple order. Bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and a plain biscuit with strawberry jam. Guess what? NO jam in the bag. And yes, strawberry jam was plainly listed on the bag's label. Go back and tell the manager, maybe? RIIIIIGHT. If the manager cared at all, employees would be trained - and expected - to to it mostly right. At this lousy place, you're lucky if you get your order right 50% of the time. Simply put - this location is STILL lousy. Lousy owners (who don't care enough to hire decent managers), lousy managers and lousy employees. NOTE: try calling this joint to complain and you will get gray hair waiting on them to answer the phone. AVOID this place like the plague!! read more

This location is always wonderful! Gloria greets me with a warm hello and is super helpful always getting drink refills and any condiments I need with a friendly smile. I love this location so much!!! read more

Came here to order a chicken sandwich combo. Food came out in timely manner. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was somewhat busy inside during a rainy evening. The meal was great : fries were crispy and sandwich tasty as usual. The restaurant was clean and staff were refilling condiments and napkins. Will come back for sure when in the area. read more

They just renovated the drive thru and it's STILL NOT efficient because the lines are still longer than Winchester (any time of day). Don't even bother ordering mobile thru if you think it will be faster... only good side is 99% of the time they'll get your order right. read more

Ordered mobile drive thru, item was not available after reaching pickup. Order refunded and replaced with another order. Parked out of line on curb, no priority for their order mishap and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Unacceptable! Last order here, drinks were flat upon arrival at home. Poor service and management, felt prey for kids working and left to explain. Had to go inside and order still hadn't been filled. read more

So I use the app not only for the convenience but also so I can acquire my point easier rather than trying to keep up with my receipt. Additionally, I thought that ordering through the mobile app would be quicker because my order was already placed although it won't be started until I get there but at this particular location I've noticed that while I'm in the mobile app line I for some reason get parked on the curve because they give the food to the car behind me before me not trying to be selfish, but on top of that I'm literally sitting in the mobile order line now and the regular line has been moving substantially and I feel like the mobile order line is being more so neglected their prioritized please fix this read more

This chick fil always is so quick! The employees are always so nice and respectful, especially Carter, that boy hustles and is so respectful! The food is always fresh and i always feel welcomed. read more

The service at this restaurant has really dropped. Placed a mobile order this evening on the way home from baseball practice and walked inside once the app said my order was ready. Walked into the restaurant and they handed me my order and left off the 5 drinks that were ordered. I asked about the drinks and they rechecked the ticket and proceeded to start on the 5 drinks. On top of that, the sauces I selected were not all in the bag. It was around 7:45 and I should have completely checked the entire order at that point for me and the 4 kids I had with me but it was late and I was just ready to get home. Got home and they left out a chick Fil sandwich. Tried to call the restaurant over 10 times and no one answered. So much for customer service. I miss the old chick Fil a where I was use to not checking my order like every other fast food restaurant. read more

Do not place a mobile order without checking that you get all of the items you receive. They will not refund what you don't get without having to go up there physically and placing a complaint. Ummm duh This is alway a 5 star restaurant. This chic fil a is crazy hectic. I legit think they could put another chic fil a in Germantown and be just fine. The line is almost ALWAYS overflowing into the street. It's nuts. For real. And man the drive thru team are animals! There is a little woman that wears a grey polo and that just runs that drive thru like a champ. She means business. You can tell she is passionate. But anyway, go to chic fil a. It's always good. I went there like 5 times in the last two weeks read more

On a rainy / stormy day, we ran into this Chick-fil-A for lunch. It is very clean and the service is FANTASTIC. The food is always well prepared and looks like the pictures on the menu. We enjoyed a Classic Chicken and a Spicy Chicken combo and a Soup. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS! Anthony House took our order and he was a DELIGHT to work with. read more

Second time shorted order. This time we dined in and when we didn't get all of our order I asked where it was and had to ask three employees before one got it. I asked the second one for the manager but he or she were not around. Then we paid extra for lettuce on one sandwich and they put a spoiled leaf on it. I showed a server and he said that it was the fault of those in the back. We had someone knew take our order and he had to really hunt and peck to enter the order but he got it right. read more

What a very pleasant visit today at Chick-fil-A! this location used to be so good! It was always crowded, but the line moved fast. now the employees are rude and hostile to the point of being scary, and they make sure their clientele know that they don't like them. Our order was wrong, but after waiting so long we left. Won't go back here. read more

I love this Chick-Fil-A location! They will always get from me! The staff is always friendly and my order is always hot, fresh! I also absolutely love the way Chick-Fil-a takes care of their employees too! Their customer service by far CAN NOT be matched. It doesn't matter how long their lines are, they will move expeditiously with a smile on their face and accuracy of order. I will always patronize this business! read more

Always always the best service! Xander is the most amazing server/associate ever! No matter how busy, he's always pleasant, helpful and just full of cheer! Love this place! Two thumbs up!! read more

Might as well call this place McDonald's. Service is terrible, management is no where to be found, and they've screwed my order up 3/3 times in recent visits. Worst chick fil a in the city, no lie. Corporate better get a handle on this location, no excuse to be this bad. read more

The driver was fantastic - timely and polite. Ordered in because the location is too busy, loud, and crowded for my 90+ mother. Zero ambience, it's fast food. Trying to understand how, for a to go order for a family of four, there are ZERO sauces and ZERO ketchups when Nubians fries are involved. Yet the nugget box LITERALLY SAYS, "You had me at first dip". Anybody?? read more

Been in this damn drive through line for over half an hour and can't get out to leave because they trap you in all this concrete. I'm now going to be late to where I'm going. This is absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A in the entire area. I have a mobile order. Make an express lane or close the app to mobile orders. Worse than the freaking Lamar McDonald's read more

Don't go to the Germantown Chick-fil-A anymore this is the third time that I've come to this place In recent months and the service used to be great I've been sitting in the drive-through for 40 minutes waiting to get a strawberry milkshake the service here is so poor it's ridiculousI will never come here again but I know they don't care I know Mr. house owns this restaurant maybe he needs to go through the drive-through at Saturday afternoon and see how he likes it read more

I typically do not have issue with this location. However, the last two visits within four weeks have been subpar to the brand. Today, I ordered a Cobb salad, no bacon to realize once home that the salad lacked any meat despite the order being printed correctly. The prior visit ended after 50 mins at the drive-through to be told they're out of Cobb salads. I'm a patient and understanding person--and at this point, I'll be giving this location a break for awhile. read more

I go to Chick-fil-A several times a week. I had never had an issue at ANY Chick-fil-A location, until I came to this one. They took over 20 minutes to complete my order while everyone in line behind me in the drive thru had to wait as well. Additionally, when I received my order, it was incorrect. I did not want to deal with another long wait again, so at that point, I just left with what they gave me. I highly doubt I will ever return to this location! read more

So tired of placing orders here that are so wrong it's not even close. They are robbing people at this point and then refuse to answer the phone or email. They are crooks. read more

This has got to be THE Worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. I don't know what it up with it but it does not stand close to other chick-fil-As. Slow as molasses. And the workers aren't as friendly. No "my pleasure"s given. And the line takes FOREVER! This is my 3rd bad experience in a row with this one. We were in line for over 40 minutes and it wasn't even during breakfast, lunch, or peak dinner hours. 8:57pm - 9:39pm. We couldn't even get out of line because we were stuck with people in front and behind us. Ridiculous! read more

Don't just don't go here. The wait time is insane and this is probably one of the poorest ran Chick-fil-A's I have ever seen. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Do not go this is a terrible experience. Literally the worse Chick fila! The line is stupid long! I will never come here again. They had a skeleton crew inside with one girl on her cell phone, Don't make the mistake of getting in the drive-through line because you are trapped.
