My jajangmyeon was so good, perfectly salty, and had enough sauce where I didn't need to ask for more. The pork was light, airy, crunchy and I love they put the sauce on the side instead of poured over so I can dip the pork to keep the crunch on the pork. It is literally the perfect combo.
